I think the "why" players need is why do we keep losing and can't make the playoffs bottom line... While other teams hope for the super bowl all we want is a single playoff game at least to end the streak... It's getting ridiculous now... How old will my daughter be when we make the playoffs? She's 8 now and hasn't seen a Bills playoff game yet...

Hey whatever happened to players playing? I understand the importance of coaching (example Eagles, have all the talent in the world but can't win ball games) but, whatever happened to players stepping up and making plays... Look at the Bills this year. We have a bunch of undrafted players and 7th and 6th round players making big names for themselves and yet our 1st and 2nd round talent are either not on the team anymore or are just not panning out or just get injured. I agree that GM's and coaches are important in "finding" talent but we need these damn players to start playing...

If this HC & GM ever decide to build a proper O line, this Bills team could easily make the playoffs with Fitz at QB IDK about easily make the playoffs but it will definitely help... Seems like every year we find a new position filled... Before it was our db's then linebackers then rushing ends, this year it's definitely a "pass rush" but what we've said year after year that we need is a better o-line so, you're right about that... IDK what to expect anymore especially now that i look back and realize that we picked C.J. Spiller with our number 1 draft pick when we had Lynch and Fred Jackson on the roster... Let's pray things get better...

Putting a hall of famer like McKelvin on that list is ridiculous cuz it's already obvious... I would have to say Dave Rayner is definitely top 5 oh wait he's a kicker... ummmmm, I'm gonna go with Marcus Easley on this one... and James Hardy wasn't so bad either... I know some of you were probably thinking about putting Levi Brown on that list too but i would have to go with Brian Brohm as a definite top 5 in his position...

Ok free agency is free agency... But we knew most of those guys were good to great players before they reached free agency... Why not extend their contract before they became free agents? Why not give them the money before they had a chance to explore and hear other options... Players usually hate coming to Buffalo cuz of the weather but once they're here and see and can feel the fan base they love it and wanna stay... So why not extend their contract? Like i said IDK... It just sucks is what i know for sure...

The key word out of all you said was the defendors were "behind" Fred... Fred IS a natural talent... Don't go writing him off cuz he went to IR... I hate when Bills fans forget who helped get them the wins in the 1st place... Go Fred and Go Bills

I appreciate your compliment but just to be technical, im not a "new" fan... I'm sure you meant new to the website but we're definitely on the same page as far as why we think our team has failed... The sad part is that coaching DOES have alot to do with our demise... Why is it that when Jabari Greer leaves Buffalo he becomes a "starter" on another team? Same goes for Jim Leonhard... Those two names are actually considered superstars as far as the league is concerned... Why is it that the Bills couldn't give them more of a starting role instead of backup? How did we ever let go of Pat Williams? How could we let go of Nate Clements, Antoine Winfield? These are all players we let go either 3 years ago and beyond and they're still in the league... Imagine if we had Pat Williams next to Dareus and Antoine Winfield and Nate Clements as our corners... Our defense would have and should have been sick for a long time but yet we always rank in the bottom of the league... I'll admit our offense has pretty much always been bad and the only finger we could point at is the O-line not being good... Fitz is definitely not a Hall of Famer but i'm sure if we gave the guy some time to sit in the pocket he can find somebody open... Worst case scenario he can alwayz run with the ball... All i know is that we don't know how to start talent (example : Kamar Aiken should have been in the 53 man roster in the beginning of the season in my opinion) but guys like him and Jabari Greer and Jim leanord either are put in the practice squad where they can't develop or on special teams... I loved Jon Corto... Where is he now? Everyone that provides spark for us we just let go... IDK man... It's as frustrating a year as any with us... I wanna give up but i can't which is why it just keeps hurting..........

After watching the movie second string and seeing what happened to the starters as far as food poisoning and having the second string players come in and play i couldn't help but think it's almost like the movie this year... We absolutely have no starters left on the team... We've had injuries in the past but i dont think it was this bad as far as importance of the position and importance of the player that went down goes... Most of you might disagree but i feel like after Shawne Merriman went down is when things started looking bad... I really love Merriman as a player. Even though he didn't have stats he caused alot of pressure and double teams which was the reason for our db's having all those interceptions in the beginning of the year... We definitely need to draft a player of his caliber if we're to become a good defense and as far as our offense not being in sync, i have no answers there... I think maybe after 5 weeks of screen passes and slant passes teams started realizing we can't throw down the field... IDK...

I don't know why i felt confident about going into today's game against the dolphins. Maybe it was the fact that i read a statement from Nick Barnett saying that he couldn't speak for the offense but on defense if it was gonna take for him to clap his hands and start screaming on the field and take a leadership role that he will, may have gotten me excited... idk... all i know is we're 5-5 and it's over... Not mathematically obviously but mentally and realistically it's over... now comes the hard part... how do we move on? The only way i see us having a successful season is pulling a win against the Jets... We still won't make the playoffs but at least i feel like we can build on a win against them... Since that probably won't happen and since we as fans can't really root for our team to lose when we watch them, I think the only thing we can do is just give up.... Seriously... Just give up... Don't buy any tickets to game, don't buy any merchandise online, no jerseys, mugs, pens, car decals, anything that brings Ralph Wilson money we should just stop buying... I know he's old but his young accountant will tell him " Mr. Wilson, this month we made 0 dollars " and maybe that will make Mr. Wilson realize that his fans are tired of this nonsense... I personally can't take this pain anymore and all i will do from now on is just watch the game at my house... I was thinking about buying tickets for the Jets game but they don't deserve my money.... I know Wilson does'nt get paid for road games but still, i just don't wanna support this team financially... spiritually i will like always but financially they have lost me as a customer... Since they call the game of football a business at the end of the day, business is nothing without customers and I think our way of getting our point across to Ralph is by not spending a single dollar on his cause anymore and see if any major changes in the year or two that's ahead of us....

I think we should draft a player that looks like Merriman and give him jersey #56 and the black visor he uses and tattoo the same tattoos that merriman has and make him come out the tunnel and never take his helmet off and even if he doesn't play good the other team will use a double team on him thinking it's really merriman which will free up Dareus and Kyle williams to get to the QB...

Yup... That was the point i was making... I think if we "build through the draft" we gotta get this team to have a stud defense and a solid O-line... Then 3 years from now we can draft a QB and groom him and have him ready to come in and play with a solid "team"

Yes i suggest you buy a parking pass on stub hub asap or you'll be forced to park your car about a mile away and take a shuttle bus to the stadium... (very uncomfortable)...

That's a good point... After reading what Nick Barnett had to say about this upcoming game he got me interested in seeing what will happen on Sunday... Nick basically said that if it's gonna take for him 2 start clapping his hands and screaming out loud on the field that he'll do it... I guess he didn't feel like a leader before? idk... whatever the case he seems like he wants to take on a leader role especially if George Wilson doesn't play (which i'm pretty sad about)... Either way it's time to put talk to the side and go n play... Let's Go..............

Now that we've given Fitzpatrick a big contract, Buddy's "building through the draft idea" should come in to effect... I say what's done is done and we move on with Fitz and in next years draft focus mainly on defense (preferrably OLB,DE and CB)and maybe pick up a couple of best players that's left on the board type a guys no matter the position... (and hopefully pick up at least one, just one big name player in free agency)... The draft in the year after next i think we should spend our 1st two picks on OL... Maybe even give up our 2nd and 3rd round draft pick to move back into the 1st to pick up an OL that way we have 1st round talent with our 1st two picks in that position... I know you guys probably will say that we need a stud WR but i think in free agnecy we can find that position taken care of... In three years from now in the draft i think we should look into getting a high caliber QB and start grooming and preparing him for the team we have built for him... I'd like your opinions on this and in no way shape or form am i giving up on this season in front of us especially with the way the jets are playing... Anything can happen and maybe we can find a spark on defense and play better but realistically it probably won't happen... In closing i think Buddy made it clear that we are gonna build through the draft so looking for a new QB is out the question and we should look at having a stud defense and then getting a great offensive line put together...

I don't wanna believe this at all but i belive this game sealed the deal to our season... The Bills are so predictable... Screen passes and 5 yard dinks to the middle of the field (which was probably a screen also) is being shut down... We can't stretch the field at all... And please don't let me say anything about our CB's (except for McGee) McKelvin makes me jump out of my seat and pace back and forth... Offensive line is hurt and now down with another major piece in Wood... Kelsay can't make it back on to the field... Coaching sucks big time... I believe it's time to move on with a new defensive coordinator... George Edwards is not doing anything to even get the best out of the players he has... I like Chan Gailey but we need a better offensive coordinator than Modkins... Who can we beat after a loss like that? Help me out please...

Speaking of cheerleaders, Why are the Jills so ugly? I'm sure there are beautiful women in Buffalo... They're hard to look at with mini skirts on, I dont even wanna look at them when the weather gets cold and they have to wear layers of clothing in the Ralph...

The Sunday "hangover" goes away Monday but then you gotta continue drinking on Monday cuz it still stings from yesterday so Tuesday has a hangover also but to answer your question, Yes... The hangover is gone by Wednesday cuz now I'm excited about the upcoming game again...

They call Wednesday hump day and after a loss it usually takes me until Wednesday to forget about it and if you would have asked me yesterday how i felt i was still upset at our loss but IDK how but the pain is getting lighter... I'm looking forward to the Cowboys game again... I'm definitely concerned about this game after the way we performed against the Jets but I have a weird feeling that we will play smarter this week (I don't think that will be that difficult to do after playing so poorly) and getting Hairston back at left tackle will definitely help our offense out. I hope Kelsay can play and help out and other than that I think the key to a victory in this game is positive energy... We need to go out and have fun with the playbook and play football... A victory here should definitely boost our morale and better prepare us for the next meeting with the Jets (which i hope to shutout after all the talking they do in pregame) GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!

Are we allowed to do something like that? Wearing blue pants would make the away jersey so much better... In Madden u can add blue pants to the home and away jerseys... I always play with the new white helmet the new home jersey and blue pants... it looks so cool... But getting back to my question : Is there a rule in the NFL where they say u have to present your jersey types in the beginning of the season? or can u add different things along the way?

I don't understand how the Cowboys lost a very winnable game and San Diego choking makes this team think they're Super Bowl contenders... I just know i hate the Jets with a passion as an organization, a team, and i even hate the color green... This to me is the biggest game of the week if not the year... Beating the Jets will definitely all but put them out of the playoff hunt especially with the schedule they have coming up let alone how good of a position we'll be in the hunt for the playoffs... Why cant we win all 8 home games bro? No team that we're facing at home for the rest of the season is better than the Pats in my opinion so, if we can beat the Pats which we did, we can beat anyone... The only game that worries me is the Toronto game... I hate that place so much... We haven't won there yet... Hopefully this year because of the Bills success there will actually be Bills fans in the stands... Sorry guys, the above statement was for the guy who said the Bills can't win 8 home games...

I used to hate Jauron for speaking like that... Total loser way of thinking... Chan is definitely Sun Tzu as far as the Art of War mentality... Defeating your opponent before u even face them mentality... Maybe I'm overreacting as far as teams being afraid of us (that's just the fan in me) But either way expecting to win is definitely the only way to think in this league

That's why they say this game is a game of inches... And also they say any given Sunday... And this Sunday we got a shot at 3-0... "expect to win" GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!
