  1. Yeah, I smile every time I don't click on something he vomits onto the internet. Every click keeps him employed another day. Shun the troll.
  2. Empire is still the best one...Lucas hated it which is a testament to its quality.
  3. Get Jared Lorenzen then he can ground and pound at the Ground Round
  4. Bryce Brown drops the football. It happened in Philly a lot and it happened in a huge spot last year vs. KC. He lost the confidence of the coaches in Philly and you could make an argument that his fumble last year cost us a playoff spot.
  5. And if the Bills are offering 25M guaranteed and he thinks he can get 30M on Tuesday why would he sign today?
  6. Depends on when you are flying. Buffalo actually can be a bit of a pain in the ass because it's small and all the flights leave at the same time. Particulalrly first thing in the morning. In general, flights start to load about 30 minutes before they are supposed to leave. I usually fly out of BWI, when i do that I try to get there at least 90 minutes early if only because the lines are unpredictable and I'd rather wait longer on the right side of security than have to rush. Also, if you ever have to fly out of BWI the line at Terminal C is usually much much shorter than A or B and it connects to A and B beyond security. It's 50 yards from the entrance to B and people flat out ignore it. Also, do yourself a favor, wear simple clothes. No belt if possible. Make sure you wear socks. If you are doing a carry on completely empty your pockets into the carry on before you get in the security line except for your boarding pass and ID.
  7. Can't force the guy to sign the deal. If I were him and I had the Bills' offer on the table I'd at least wait until Tuesday to see what someone else threw at me.
  8. Wilfork on a 1 yr deal Adrian Clayborn on a very low deal - low risk high reward Orlando Franklin Todd Herremans - low $ depth inside and out Shane Vereen Dan Skuta Da'Norris Searcy
  9. I like Orlando Franklin better, particularly with the amount of movement Roman asks of his guards. He better in pass pro as well. If we're looking for a little economy it's probably cheaper to sign Wisniewski to play center and kick Wood over to Guard.
  10. This is why. It's evidence that "Cash to the Cap" is dead. That fugazi accounting method was preventing us from being even remotely competitive in acquiring and retaining players. Dollars spent in a given year and the salary cap are two completely different things. You are 100% correct that McCoy isn't taking a pay cut. He's converting his base salary into a bonus that can then be amortized over the rest of the deal. Real NFL teams do this stuff all the time. We didn't and it was killing us. People are excited because we get to have a front office that can punch with two hands for the first time since roughly 1994.
  11. Chip needs an inside runner that will hit the hole. That's not CJ. It's not Shady either honestly.
  12. I'm confused as to what I'm supposed to see here other than a slew of 2 yard throws with a couple intermediate throws sprinkled in. This was a "good" example of his play and nothing in that tape screams out NFL Quarterback at all.
  13. It is physically impossible for me to have less interest in Mark Sanchez as our QB.
  14. Trent Cole is done, and he's only a 3-4 OLB, in reality he's a 4-3 DE. Terrible in coverage.
  15. I love Carol playing possum. Pretending not to be able to take the AR-15 off was classic. FWIW, Rick is being pretty cavalier about talking take over when he's in the midst of people who have and use remote sound amplifiers and video cameras. They selected the homes for Rick, not the other way 'round. Would you be surprised if they're wired up? Also, Rick eyed up the church steeple quite a bit. Nice observation point. Not sure what to make of the girl. I agree she could be a spy but it also could be that she feels the weakness as well and doesn't like being cooped up. Either way, Corrl is about to get a g/f. Also, if Rick decides he wants Jessie, do we honestly think that front porch tool box is going to stop him?
  16. Just think, one glorious day one of you will be able to answer yes.
  17. In the modern situation where you can't even breathe on QBs, illegal contact is called, and offensive holding isn't? I'd bet on Jim. Frankly, Marino would be ridiculous with the way they call the game now. He put up stupid numbers before. Imagine what he'd do now?
  18. Really. If anyone dicked over the previous coaching staff it was Marrone. No new HC ever just takes on the entire existing staff. Johnson made a lateral move. The Bills could have blocked him from even interviewing. They didn't. He had the best of both worlds given the situation. He still had a job/contract and was free to look for other ones.
  19. No, no it doesn't. This is one of the times I miss the old unsanitized NFL. The fan signage would be epic this week.
  20. Well...yeah... He hasn't exactly hopped around the league. He was in Pittsburgh for a really really long time if you add both stays together and I have little doubt that he held some sway over defensive player selection as his tenure went on.
  21. Not everyone wants to sit outside and be cold. I love it. My wife won't even consider going to a game after October 15th. Frankly it's a PIA to bring kids in bad weather as well. Indoors just makes everything easier.
  22. The light rail system as it stands today can handle 5k people an hour, and honestly those trains will be full so to expect 10k to arrive by that route is reasonable. The Amtrak thing is sketchier. Not that you have done this, but I also see people say "how will 10k people get on the train all at once at the end of the game???" Simply put, they wouldn't because they wouldn't want to. They'd want to come out of the stadium and go to dinner or have some drinks or go to the Casino, etc. You'd build that into the day out. Would everyone do this? Obviously not, but many would and that would be the goal of the downtown projects in general in trying to create a critical mass of people and entertainment/dining/retail options that people would want to stay rather than immediately get into their car and leave. If you brought 60k people to that area and even retained 15% of them after the game that would be a bustling scene and bustling scenes tend to build on themselves because they are fun. What is, I think, underestimated in the traffic conversation is the number of people who simply won't need to drive to the game at all because they will already be staying downtown. I come up once or twice a year and only drive to RWS because you basically have to. If I were coming up for a downtown stadium there is no way I would not be staying downtown and the downtown hotels will all be full. There are 2,500 downtown rooms built or in the pipeline being built now. That's easily another 5k people who aren't driving to the game at all and I wouldn't be shocked to see the big hotels run their own shuttles to the stadium. I also wouldn't be surprised to see more hotel space pop up in that area, including a Seneca hotel attached to the Casino.
