Maybe if the employee did it once maybe twice, but after the umpteenth stupid decision the same employee or his replacement made I would think the owner would have caught on by now who was at fault. He might not be the worse coach the Bills have employed but the fact he was given an extension and has 3 yrs left after doing nothing coaching wise to garner it is depressing enough for that I have watched a total of 3 quarters of Bills football this yr. I expected this train wreck the day they said they were keeping him. I was a Kelly club ticket holder for 6 seasons..I had 2 tickets and I went to 2 away games every year.. I lived and died Bills football. These past 4 yrs have killed my desire to follow them..I dont know if I come back to the level of fan I was before Jauron. He needs to go along with our senile Owner....

Russ Brandon wouldnt comment on his status...But regardless this organization is in such a mess anything other than hiring a Bona Fide football man to run this and give him complete control it wont matter..Im not talking about a apprentice of a great football man I am talking a Parcells type, a man who has run a team and won a Superbowl...Anything less is pointless...

The problem isnt that our GM sucks. The problem is the HALL of Fame owner(roflmao)..He wont hire anyone to run the football team that can do the job(WIn a SuperBowl). Listen I like Trent alot as a QB but its only because the bar has been set at an unbelievable low for almost 10 yrs, In no way does he compare to Kelly.. He is by far the most average qb we have had since Flutie but in no way does he compare to the level of Jim Kelly..The only advantage he has over Kelly is he is playing now and has an oppurtuntiy to win a Super Bowl. But that is only because he is active now..Lets not get over zealous because he had a good game against the Bucs and To missed a bomb..Kelly missed a few in his day...But he was never called out for not taking a chance downfield...

Not responding to anyone laughing at your post but I will throw my 2 cents on Trent at this point.. He isnt gonna be a 300 yard passer with 3 td QB..He will throw for 200- 240 with the 1 or 2 td pass per game maybe and thats were gonna get..If thats not good enuff then they need another qb next yr. At this point he is an average NFL qb nothing more who wont hurt you but wont carry the team on his shoulders. He is what he is and nothing more. Better than what weve had but not the best weve cheered for. He isnt gonna be a Jim Kelly. But maybe he can be a Trent Dilfer.. I really like our OLINE and I like Van Pelt and his play calls a hell of alot better than what weve been put through for the past 11 years.. This team is weak at LB and that will be the downfall..The O will put 20 points up but the d is gonna get wasted as time goes on due to the fact they cant stop anything that ends up in the middle of the field..

I'll be dipped....Maybe I shoulda worded it..For as much recognition he gets you would think he averages 5 yrds per carry..

Marshawn Inch is a very good 2-3 yrd rusher. For as much recognition as he gets you would think he has maintaned a 4 yrd average over his 2 plus yrs. I dont like the way he chooses his holes to run through. I thought it was our line, and it could very well be, but there were more than a few times last yr Jackson came in after Inch and was able to find holes to run through for decent gains. Now whether that was because INCH wore them down or not is another question. I am inclined to say no after these 2 performances by Jackson but I will give MArshawn the benefit of the doubt and see what he can do with this new O Line. But the clock is ticking for sure.

I think 2 games in Kyle Williams looks like the most improved player over last year
