One of my Daughters is a nutritionist among her other skills sets. Her business is now focused upon individuals. Women specifically. health exercise diet spirit via Yoga and meditations. Which is the source of our bodies deterioration. Eating smarter is something we should all strive for. keeping the body and mind healthy should be a life's work. He had a down year but is still an asset when playing. I hope to see him get bigger percentage of reps than last years rotation and keep Shady fresh and healthy. Thing is , if Shady goes down , you are likely shifting game plans and calls. He is that much of a factor to defend. So i can see it being a factor because he is not replaceable.
