  1. i am not bitching as much as taking notice. i noticed some other things as well : (
  2. I have rarely seen so many holds against 55. well maybe i have. Frazier should have moved him around instead of just inserting 54. i would never call it pathetic. rough day ? for sure
  3. The defense has some players now. Some key players in secondary who have been lining up are smart and playing fast. Johnson and Lewis for example. let it rip. Star was always double teamed it seemed on so was kyle. there must have been a way to get to Rodgers. as i alwayshave said. QBs like these Rodgers etc who are masters of the game? Lineman need to know passing lanes and get hands up. fundamental football. lb's as well. I could see players continuing rushing when 5 yards form the QB and ball about to be released. drives me nut
  4. He dealt with frustration for sure. was obvious as long as they learn from it : ) disagree. no point in puling Allen at this juncture. let himlearnordietrying
  5. i won't argue against your point for sure . McCoy with so few touches and not sticking with Ivory longer. Poor game all around on offense. gotta look at the tape though ....
  6. agreed. we get one nice blitz that worked. Overprotective of his secondary who were not in position enough. Last week Bills look well prepped. this week they missed all over the place. Rodgers always has quick release from any spot and after the first run Frazier knew his knee was fine.
  7. not so sure it was on the OC. Allen had a rough time behind an O line that struggled. Allen showed he does not trust them. Allen took too long to release the ball. O line kinda blows and the receivers ? anyone notice Josh played like Tyrod a bit ? arrghh
  8. and this is why i checked up on the Vikes Rams game thursday. Cousins put up a ton of yards using quick release patterns. Bills need a nice job of covering just long enough to allow D line to get that pressure. its a balancing act. Methinks last week was the beginning of a trend of a young but better team overall then i expected. If Offense can stay steady enough during some rough patches ? we might be building something here to last.
  9. yep. a little self therapy never hurts. have a friend at work who mimics this skit very well , and has been doing just that lately. we had a great D line for once this season. Cousins passing for over 400 this Thursday validates that for me. I feel good about this Bills team this Sunday and darnit ! I think they can win it !! Because they are good enough smart enough and gosh darned dang it all ! i cheer for them
  10. I found the post uplifting. perhaps Shaq would feel otherwise of course. Murphy Hughes Alexander Milano could each get around him if he blinks. Pressure is coming over the left side from the Bills most of the day should be the plan. If Lawson were available and reading this post ? I hope you kick tail and take names. and seal that damn edge. hands up on pass plays when you are defending the passing lanes on the short midfield stuff. Go Bills Thanks for the update. I bet he wants to be a part of what is going on with the carry over from last weekend. Hope he is fired up. D line rotation looks decent all of a sudden.
  11. Yep, yips it is. Good call with Hypnosis Bills could move that needle off the basement floor. Start with Benjamin
  12. I appreciate the nice story being shared here. i can see the threads has derailed a bit. But Thurman's intentions were well received by me. Thanks. back to japanese female eels and the Alabama taking notes. continue...
  13. i have been surprised before. as anything has a possibility equation or odds of happening. Magic8ball says no
  14. well there is nothing to do in Buffalo ! So we have that as leverage actually , i might think Benjamin does NOT fit the process. He filled a dire need at the time. was injured when hired. and he is either very dim or does not care. Hard to tell for me. neither of those fit " The Process " pretty sure they apply wiggle room in reviewing applicants who "fit" : ) if he can catch AND is healthy. ( did any one mention that part of the story ? ) ya gotta check him out Being a team player might be something that is found and not a given. and it is a business. Titans feel he should be gone as well. deep dive from Beanes scouts and contacts need doing though but yes they do take risks. just very small ones.. ha ha
  15. Nope/ we are not one player away , by any means. and i would rather draft and develop one. Than pay for one at this point. bad fit likely anyways , good sir !
  16. yes it does. Its not like we could just catch a ball in dropped in our hands at speed. so how do we know the details of why he missed what seemed a fantastic shot for a great play? that my point. Coaches put him on the field for a reason. in an NFL game at that. Maybe he fails maybe he improves. too soon. I agree about PS. who are you dressing in place of him ? and KB had a sweet drop that also could have cost them a game. Thats was what i was thinking when the red zone catch was there and he did his usual. Bills are hardly in a position to send a player down to the minors when he drops a should be catch.
  17. how many Bills can you say that too this year and not mean it. More than one hand can count. Hope rings eternal for me. till i get pissed I hate Benjamin btw and loathe that he remains one of the better threats a DC need to keep covered. Foster and Allen would do well to spend weekdays in the park throwing and catching. If he don't get it ? he don't. i am not ready to define him just yet. Perhaps he need to sit on practice squad ? sure, that fair enough.
  18. on any Sunday. That why i watch every game the Bills play. bad or good. Packers have struggled against us historically. Jerry Hughes has Rodgers number. But Murphy and that inside rush will need to dominate and get hands up after they stall the run game
  19. Not at first. But some of these guys develop. Ps him and stop bistching everyone from a phone laptop and or PC perhaps. He is playing becauses Coaches see something. That could change of course. but Foster and Ray Ray are getting their shots. which is kinda fun if you are wearing the correct lenses ) i wear progressive bi focal safety glasses lol
  20. yes they did. They all do. Natural talent takes you only so far. But i see your point as well. By the time they hit the NFL they should have firm grasp on catching the ball. see what i did there ? But i think the learning and skill development never ends. its their craft as they say these days. Coaching and film study helps. Thats why the NFL has WR s Coaches i guess. : )
  21. if he earns a roster spot fairly and squarely and then become a solid contributor i would be delighted. The young receivers might well grow with Allen. might suck at contract time. but good problem to have , as they say. consider how he came into the League etc , be nice story for him to carve a solid spot out on the 53 this year
  22. nope speed are the two most important things for WR. ya can't teach speed. : ) Seriously folks. The Kid could take to some good Coaching and a QB who can get it over the defender. There isn't a number one on this Team right now ! could he become one. Magic eight ball says "try again later " Odds say. "not likely " sure hoping for him though. As Jim Nantz said and Tony Romo countered ," on any Sunday " Seems to hold true for last weekend. so ya never know ... : )
