Lothar ! Dude ! Honing in on my perspective. I have seen the DLine , late season truly bring enough pressures that affect the Game. So there to know there is something really good there and yet not enough is frustrating. Sum of it's whole when in it's groove. But some games they look out of sorts. Something IS amiss👍

I have gone back and forth over McBeanes tenure over , is it the Player or is it the Coaching of Players as individuals as well as Team/Game play. My jury is still out. McD has shuffled a good few Coaches out after his first year. Prolly both. Even the thought of INVESTING into Maxx Crosby scares me after Von's Injury. Draft better FA ? Don't mortgage the farm again like Miller deal Torn. Can't really argue against your pov for sure

I am going to stick with my stance. Defense need to tweak the scheme. So offseason , pick up the players to make that work. Yes Bills won 13 games and some good games at that. But they struggle to finish. Seems like they are figured out and look it. Add players , hope for healthy growth from those mentioned above , and find some near elite players on Defense and that WR ( see bolded above ) that will do what we wanted Cooper to do Babich and perhaps Brady need some mentors on the staff. Old Guys who have seen it all

Has anyone been demoted from Coordinator to a lesser role after one season ? Better thing to do is bring in a Senior Defensive "advisor" Mentor Babich into a new and changed Defense. I i was his operation manager , I would get him more tools to succeed. Hey I am not on the inside , sitting in meetings here so have no idea if he is struggling ( dont guess so ) Defense needs to switch up how they scheme for the season. Multiples is hard to do. But if you want to definitively change out from the McDermott Frazier Defense ? Bring in an expert to lead the way behind the scenes But much higher on my list ? Is a few more elite players. Imagine if we had Benford and a shut down quality corner. Two Edge rushers that each needed extra attention? Wouldn't that be funner ? ☺️ I sure as f didn't. Ken was a freak show after the "Scene in the Booth". lol and his lack of depth setting up plays for the next play etc

Sorry Bud , don't agree here Babich likely can adjust to whatever and need another year or two really ( continuity fan ) if you can call and coach multiple during the game. I think he can McD seem to be struggling to shift gears Better than Frazier ? Sure But still
