  1. Real smart, fellas, trade our best wide receiver. He made a bonehead celebration, and dropped two key passes in the end. Otherwise, he had a brilliant game against the best corner in the league. He's a good kid and he'll learn from his errors.
  2. Yeah, that was a pretty damn good game considering. I was expecting a blowout, and was prepared to not even be watching the game by the 4th. My BP is through the roof. Rather feel that way than downright depressed.
  3. Stevie had a great game...until the last minute. Makes that taunting look lame now.
  4. Well, if we're going to lose, I'd rather lose this way.
  5. Don't understand that playcall to Choice. Ugly, after a pretty nice looking drive.
  6. Sad to see this team, which finally had a chance after 11 years, fall so hard. Very little hope from this naturally optimistic fan. You'd have to have blinders on to think this team has even a shot at a winning record, let alone a playoff berth. Three weeks ago, I really did think we had a shot at winning this division. Ugh.
  7. Point taken. Pretty sad when we're debating whether the punter did well. We will add Moorman to the list of four Bills who didn't have an epically pitiful game. WTF happened to our team?
  8. Brad Smith didn't look good, and may very well have cost us TDs. Others who didn't look good and may have cost us TDs either with poor planning, bad play or having zero impact: Ryan Fitzpatrick Chan Gailey George Edwards Wanstache Eric Levitre Marcell Dareous The entire D line. Nick Barnett Linebackers. Defensive backs. Stevie Johnson. Martin Ruvell David Nelson CJ Spiller (did he just stop in front of the goalline?) Brian Moorman Only guys who looked good was Chandler and Lindell's replacement. And, I guess, props to whoever got the safety. Epic collapse, physically, mentally and emotionally.
  9. Not even a close comparison. Complete meltdown. The Jets just got beat in the last minute. Worst collapse I've ever seen. Honestly thought these guys were legit. I did not feel that way in 08.
  10. Frauds. WTF happened to this team?
  11. Something must be done about all that smiling too. Football is not supposed to be fun. Run the ball. Pass the ball. Score touchdowns. Walk silently, stoically, back to the sideline. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z7X2_V60YK8
  12. But it's for the children.
  13. And the Jets had to play the Broncos, in Denver, after playing Sunday night. No excuses. Time to shine.
  14. The comments on this ESPN board on the Legend of Tebow are hilarious. http://espn.go.com/blog/afcwest/post/_/id/35668/the-legend-of-tim-tebow-grows One commenter noted that Elway looked pissed when Tebow won the game. I was thinking the exact same thing.
  15. Agree, agree and agree. But the Jets' O is amongst the worst in the league. If we get rolling on O, we won't have to rely nearly as much on our D. If we had scored 28 points two weeks ago, which we're capable of, we would have won.
  16. Dude looks ugly when he passes, no doubt. But there should be no doubt in any rational person's mind that he's a winner amongst winners. And the people who bash him for his personality, and especially for his faith, in my mind, are miserable, overly-cynical phonies who pretend they're cooler than they really are. And that's coming from an agnostic. Tebow is a good person, a phenom of an athlete, an even better competitor, and will maybe one day be a great thrower. Either way, enjoy the ride. You won't see a guy like this in a long time.
  17. Y'all if this team can beat the Jets, we can. This season is far from over.
  18. Tebow and the Broncos made the Jets look bad, which is what I thought they were before they played us. Tebow might be the most ugliest-playing but most-fun player to watch in the NFL right now. The look on Rex's face after that TD is priceless.
  19. +1 Wishbone, baby. Expect a band to come out playing 7 Nation Army any moment now...
  20. Don't see us beating the Jets. We have to sweep the Fins. Pats game will be brutal but it's winable. I think we'll own the AFC West. If we do make the playoffs, I also don't expect us to win a game. But to me, it's playoffs or bust. Been way too long. In 10 years of watching this team, there's only been two seasons in which we've had a chance. Fewer good players will want to come here next season if we don't make a wildcard IMO.
  21. I'm a capitalist and all, but sharing a little wealth would be cool. You've had four or five, we've had none.

  23. Don't know which team you're a fan of, but thanks! (Packers, maybe?) I still have hope we'll make the playoffs, but I believe Miami is do or die. Don't see any chance for this team if we don't win this Sunday with such as tough division and having lost a tiebreaker to the Bengals. If you are a Pack fan, Rodgers is simply amazing to watch. He is the most complete QB I have seen in 20 years of watching football. Would be very cool if next season the Bills and Packers played in the Big Game. Two small market teams and all. Only this time, the Bills actually pulling it off and all...
  24. Love the NFL. Watch every game I can, especially AFC games, and have only missed one Bills game in two years (out of disgust last year in the second week after they started Edwards). As for college football, and a Georgia alum, not really a fan, but I do watch key SEC matchups and a bowl game or two. Haven't watched an NBA game in years. Zero interest. Hockey--not into it but appreciate the game. Love live games. Don't know anything about the Sabres. Grew up with my family watching the Rangers. Baseball--World Series only, and only if it's good, like this past one. I'd like to get more into the Braves, but haven't had that drive like I do with the NFL. Mostly because of the lackluster fanbase for professional teams in Atlanta, I think. If I lived in Boston or NY, I'd probably be into baseball a lot more. Oh, and tennis--great game to play but watching it nowadays is boring IMO. Just power shots and too few volleys. 80s were better. Haven't seen anyone mention soccer. That's awesome.
  25. Dear Chan Gailey: Bunch formation. Do it. Sincerely, TBD
