I think I'll close this competition on Weds. at 11pm. I'll edit the original post so everyone knows. It's going to take me awhile to get all the data onto a sheet. Good luck!

It would have to be 25, plus Edmunds, plus a second or third. Giants want to gather draft capital in a rebuild. Maybe Schoen was a big Edmunds fan? The point is, if Beane sees a top tier talent at a position of need (LB) and can pull the trigger, he’ll do it (huge talent at LB and not have to pay big bucks to Edmunds, cap management, etc.)

As of this date, only @HOUSE and I have picked LB as first selection. He’s a smart board member.

Surprised none of youz “NFL Fans” have posted this news. I was driving from Buffalo to home and listened to Sirius XM NFL Radio the whole way. So today, Zig Fracassi said he has sources in Buffalo that indicate the Bills are looking to make a trade with the Giants to move up to the 7 slot. Giants get more picks and Edmunds (?) to build their team, and Bills get an impact player to take them to Super Bowl. What impact player do we pick at 7? Linebacker (I can’t find the audio but that’s what Zig indicated). Looks like I’m winning my own ball cap.

Where’s my statistics majors at?? Anyone able to compile a spreadsheet of responses so far? Interested to know if there’s any duplicates.

I am so utterly confused by this post (no offense). People 50 years and older (like me) will be po’d.

Does anyone have a program, or an abacus, that can lend a hand and put all this data into a spreadsheet?? You guys gonna make me use a legal pad and pencil?

I tend to think the “DK Metcalf” and “Tyreek Hill” types will convert over to the NFL game better than the “Josh Gordon” types. I like the kid from Alabama, Ohio State and the other kid from the SEC. They show good burst, escapability and quick feet.

I really concentrate on WR escapability. Can they escape press coverage, zone or, what I call, “feelsy handsy” coverage. I don’t see Pickens as that guy. He stays entangled in CB’s from the film I’ve seen. I’d pass on him before Round 4.

You’ll know after we pick 6 players. Anyone know how to compile all this info into a quick spreadsheet? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?
