  1. how not to win allies in the debate over Racial Justice.
  2. Look up. Some people are agreeing with the sentiment. There;s also context he could add that for many people would make it more acceptable. He didn't try any of that.
  3. Loved what I saw from Benford last night. Chance he's special. Two busted gap plays
  4. https://www.buffalorumblings.com/2023/6/7/23751500/buffalo-bills-co-owner-terry-pegula-chokes-back-tears-remembering-jefferson-tops-shooting-victims During his speech, in which he said that he wanted to fill the new stadium with more memories and continue a legacy, Pegula took several minutes to pay homage to the victims of a racially motivated mass shooting on May 14, 2022 that took the lives of ten people at the Jefferson Avenue Tops Friendly Supermarket on Buffalo’s east side. “But we also remember other heroes in Buffalo who deserve to be mentioned,” Pegula choked out between tears. The owner of the Buffalo Bills then took time to read the names of each of the ten victims who lost their lives — those who never returned home to loved ones — among the 13 who were direct targets of gun violence last May. Celestine Chaney, 65 Roberta Drury, 32 Andre Mackneil, 53 Katherine “Kat” Massey, 72 Margus Morrison, 52 Heyward Patterson, 67 Aaron Salter Jr., 55 Geraldine Talley, 62 Ruth Whitfield, 86 Pearl Young, 77 ---- This does not sound like a racist man Thanks, I was refusing to respond to those posts
  5. Generally when someone goes on legal record of saying something with a direct quote, it increases the odds of them saying it, or you risk perjury He's stayed quiet, which is fine with me. Racial Justice isn't a Billionaire's debate. His family life also suggests to me that this isn't straight forward, and there's a chance Trotter is straight up lying
  6. Right, need to see what Terry says about this. Because there's no context that makes this acceptable, unless he's quoting someone else and making a point about how terrible that statement is. IT has to be a flat out denial. You can not be an owner of a team where 80% of the playing employees are African, and have those racist sentiments in your soul
  7. This is kinda of nuts. He's a corner not a linebacker. He's gonna miss tackles against RBs. Just a fact. His coverage was really good. Took a wordlie catch from Garrett Wilson. In fact both and he and Christian Benford were good last night in coverage
  8. Yea and sometimes you just have acknowledge that a defense has your offensive personell outmatched. Outside of Allen and Diggs the jets certainly had that advantage. Thats the other thing I’m finding disagreement with - attacking Dorsey. He did exactly what you’re supposed to when the Defensive front is better than your offensive line and has a great secondary to go with it. If Allen stuck with the game plan, we’re waking up in a much better mood
  9. Bills had 13 points in the first half, on their way to 24+ which is fantastic against a defense this good
  10. https://twitter.com/ajaycybulski/status/1701410543079244116?s=46&t=b_6DEUCIOVykcHVZYqq8jg That’s how Josh started the game. I don’t know why he decided he was done taking the short stuff, maybe he just got bored grinding down the field. But if he stuck with it the Bills win by multiple scores. Abother data point; 26%. The amount of drop backs Allen was pressured on. That means 3 out of every 4 drop backs he had a clean pocket against the best front in football 5 sacks. At least 4 of those sacks Josh played himself into pressure 0 - the number of drops by WRs So those are 4 off the top of my head.
  11. He wasn’t
  12. Bills loss was at least on the road
  13. Where in NorCal you at? I’m in Sac What would have you have hid him do differently? The bills punted just twice I think? And Allen was responsible I think for 4 of the sacks he took
  14. Was happy with Dorsey’s game calling honestly. Allen ficked this single handedly
  15. It’s the national football league. Teams lose. If you told me Josh was gonna turn the ball over 4 times, I would have guessed the bills would lose by 3 scores no matter who the opposing QB was. Instead the rest of the team kept bailing out Josh. I mean they had a SINGLE 3 and out
  16. They pretty much fixed every issue I had coming out of last season except getting faster at the back end of the D
  17. He did though? He had the false start in OT, and I think gave up a pressure in the first half. Can’t recall much other than that - and against this is an ELITE DLine. what were you expecting?
  18. What part?
  19. He’s not gonna be a bad QB. He’s not even going to be an average QB. He’s gonna be an elite QB. you saw it in patches including that last drive in regular time. I mean Joe Burrow threw for 85 yards yesterday
  20. To wit: Against what might be the best D in the league - Spencer Brown may played his best game as a pro - In general they contained Quinnen Williams and the best defensive front in football - most of the pressure Josh got, was either coverage or him scrambling into it - The Bills pass rush was phenomenal - In general the Bills secondary was about as good as you’d want - 47 is GOOD good - Bills WRs had a decent game against a real good secondary - Cook had some successs against an elite front So Allen at time played worse than Zach Wilson out there. There is absolutely no way Allen is going to play that poorly again this season. Just not gonna happen If Allen even has an average game with just 2 TOs, bills win this by 2 scores
  21. Knox gotta catch that
  22. One way to look at this is the bills might win with Josh Allen’s worst game since he’s been a rookie
  23. Ok Josh you’re gonna need a another TD this game
