What people should realize after this season is that the talent on this team is overrated, they lack football smarts, lack leadership and accountability. It's sad to see that the casuals are tearing Rex apart when the failure is mostly on the players here.

I think you nailed it about The Wire having boring streaks in it. There is none of that in The Shield. The money train plot is incredible and as I am in season 5 the show is starting to come full circle with the strike team from the pilot episode. There was no payoff for the viewer in The Wire. As one person compared the shows on the internet - The Shield is like being on a coke binge while The Wire is like enjoying an expensive bottle of wine.

Patricia is nothing special. Team defensive rankings under him. This is with Billicheat helping him too!!! 30 15 20 12 9 (currently) Ryan has a better track record with defenses and the casuals are running him out of town.

Clay's YAC is like in the top 70. There isn't an aspect of his game that shows he should be a top 3 paid TE in the NFL.

Buffalo Bills Fans - Where mediocrity is accepted as excellence.

Where you see above average, I see mediocrity as would anyone else outside of Bills fans.

It all starts with Doug Whaley's myopia in "going all in" and failing.

My game told you Marrone was not fit to be a headcoach 2 years prior to him leaving. My game told you the Bills were not a playoff team in 2015 and that adding guys like Clay and McCoy was not going to lead this team to any more wins. My game told you Charles Clay is not worth the contract. My game told you McCoy is injury prone, in decline and that expensive backs are a waste of resources in building a team. My game told you Whaley is severely overrated by a fanbase that thinks mediocrity is excellence. My game told you we are in cap hell, now everyone wants to dismantle 1/3 of our roster to free up cap space.

and his track record is worse than Rex's as a head coach. Who cares about schwartz and his mediocre body of work...only Bills fans, the kings of praising mediocre.

I have been saying he has been terrible and a liability his entire career. The only exception was the Pettine year but even that year he wasn't great. Casuals on the other hand looked at the interceptions that year and made their decision.

Leodis McKelvin is the worst Buffalo Bill of all time to play for this time for 8 years. But it is no surprise of course. The educated fans knew how dumb the team was to extend him after his rookie/draft contract. Leodis is soooooo Bills.

If he is making decisions on the front office then absolutely. It also tells me things aren't changing much if this is the case. This report is very concerning.
