  1. From an outsider looking in Trump is the most qualified in terms of economy and securing safety for the American people. In today's extreme PC movement it is a radical idea now to put the safety and financial security as a first priority for the people legally living in said country.
  2. Living in a socialist country which is now currenty ruled under an extreme liberal, political correct government here in Canada I am not afraid to admit I am a fan of this Donald Trump guy.
  3. I am almost up to the end of Season 2 of The Shield and this show kicks some major ass. The Shield > The Wire...IMO
  4. Casual fans, it's just not a Buffalo sports thing.
  5. http://premierecollectibles.com/ As a Canadian I am thinking about taking a $35 hit on shipping for Trumps book.
  6. The ironic thing is I have been one of the most ardent Whaley detractors but I was one of the only people on this board supporting him for the Darby pick when everyone went nuts after his selection. Just goes to show I don't have biases, it's all about football and being knowledgeable about it.
  7. You went berzerk everytime I tried to tell you this was an 8-8/9-7 roster at best.
  8. The patriots certainly have had better rosters than the Bills the past decade. But it's more than that, a competent front office and the best HC in NFL history. This is why they consitently win and the Bills consistently lose. Not because of some imaginery "clutchiness".
  9. The only thing you have shown me is that you judge a roster by flashy names and signings.
  10. You couldn't even properly evaluate the Bills roster this year.
  11. I'd like to keep Graham. Indifferent with the others. Lots of depth in the FA class to replace them.
  12. What we see with the Pats every year is consistency in their preparation/coaching and superiority in talent. Clutch has nothing to do with anything regarding the Bills playing the Patriots.
  13. Indeed! Add in McKelvin and Kyle and you got $22 million freed up. That would be very exciting considering the deep FA market.
  14. It applies to all 3 players being discussed. None of which I would call "clutch". Again as mentioned before "clutch" doesn't mean anything in football. Baseball....then we might have a discussion about "clutch" factor and hitting.
  15. What argument is cooked? That you said Sammy Watkins has 3 game winning catches? He doesn't, that is already proven. No. It was showing how a few plays made by a player (Chandler/Hogan) in critical times in the game ("clutch") doesn't make that player "clutch".
  16. For you football is VERY HARD to comprehend that is for sure. A game sustaining catch IS NOT a game winning catch.
  17. All I have to do is look at the first link to prove my point that sammy didn't catch the game winner. The game was won by Dan Carpenter.
  18. Since this statement is false it in fact doesn't mean anything.
  19. An example of a game-winning catch doesn't make a guy clutch. I don't think anyone would call James Hardy a "clutch" WR An exampe of a circus catch doesn't make a guy clutch. I don't think anyone would call David Tyree a "clutch" WR and he even helped win a superbowl. Just like I wouldn't call Hogan and Chandler "clutch". The idea of "clutch" as being silly is the most accurate statement.
  20. My point is your example in the Minnesota game does not make Watkins a "clutch" player. Casual fans bought into the hype of flashy names and thought this was a playoff team going into the season and now because the teams expecations have faultered are blaming it on Rex.
  21. The win probabilty before that 4th and 20 was 4%. Win probabilty boosts from 4-32%. It was the defining play with the lowest statistical percentage of it happening. I also remeber the throw from Orton was wild and Chandler made an incredible one handed catch on the run. Game is over without that play. After the Hogan catch the win probabilty boosted to 83%. There was also a penalty before that play that dropped the win % in the 20's. Chandler and Hogan should be called "clutch" players too then.
  22. The Chandler catch was the most "clutch" on that game winning drive.
  23. That's what I would do. The free agent class has a ton of depth at DE and NT. I would clean house on the defensive line, in the process cutting major salaries, freeing up cap space and declining years of contract. Address the loss of Kyle and Mario via free agency. I would also look at safety and CB via free agency rather than the draft as well.
