    Let me give you the cliff notes. Both Dorsey and McDermott have overstayed their welcome. This is what will happen. McDermott is going to fire Dorsey in the offseason, he will not do it in season. Lastly, Josh Allen needs to shave his head. Josh will instantly play better.
