  1. He's his own special breed. Don't lump us all in with him
  2. Sammy doesn't have a QB throwing to him, so he'll always be worse on paper.
  3. I doubt a guy who is on the verge of being cut would have a large bidding war, and you wouldn't have to lose a draft pick, and you wouldn't have to take on the worst QB to ever play the game, for your promising young stud of a QB that just needs a second chance after rehab. /s
  4. Oh she won't face any consequences, but she should. Having money and political influence protects you in America.
  5. If Brown isn't going to make the team, why would anyone trade for him?
  6. Yes. Cassel has has the most time with the 1's by far, and hopefully that shows in chemistry. I wouldn't be surprised if they are giving Cassel the #1 reps because he's the "sure thing" while doing whatever they can to develop EJ and Tyrod in the background. If EJ or Tyrod steps up and shows something amazing, they'll get the starting nod, but most likely it'll be Cassel, and the coaches will continue to develop EJ/Tyrod during the season. If Cassel falters, and the coaches see some improvement/promise from EJ/Tyrod, they'll make a change. If at the end of the year they feel EJ/Tyrod haven't shown much of anything to go on, then they will draft a QB next draft. To me it all seems pretty logically laid out. I was hoping EJ or Tyrod would step up and seal the deal heading into the season, but neither really have it seems so far. BUT we haven't even played a preseason game yet, a lot could change.
  7. If TS material was indeed found on her private servers, she should face some serious consequences. If she wins the Democratic nomination, I will not be voting for her in the Presidential election.
  8. Awesome... I enjoy his articles from time to time.
  9. I predict the QB starting pre-season game 2 to get a large chunk of reps leading up to game 2.
  10. Me not wanting Cassel is less about Cassel and more about what it says about our young QBs. But maybe this team will still develop EJ/Tyrod, and throw them in when they feel they are ready, or if Cassel gets hurt.
  11. You and I have read completely different things. Early on, TT had a few strong days, then EJ had a couple strong days and the all important scrimmage, and now Cassel has had a couple strong days. As much as you dislike EJ, none of the QBs have looked consistently good in camp. Cassel is getting the reps this week leading up to the Carolina game. I assume Tyrod/EJ will get them leading up to the next pre-season game, and so on. EJ needs to get his **** together, sure. But so does Tyrod and Cassel. SOMEONE needs to get their **** together, and no one has as of yet.
  12. Not many QBs shine against our defense.
  13. So a week ago or so, it was TT out in front... then it was EJ.... and now it's Cassel I can't keep up with this place.
  14. Sammy gave us a preview of things to come Edit: guess it was one year ago yesterday, but whatever
  15. Saw a blurb about Incognito having an ankle injury? Anything on that?
  16. Geno looked pretty good towards the end of the year last year, and was apparently having a really good training camp so far... he's got the talent, he just needs to make consistently better choices. I don't understand why people are so quick to judge young QBs these days. I blame Luck, RGIII and Wilson.
  17. Why the hell would you get in the face of someone that size?! Geno gonna learn his lesson now, Jesus.
  18. Ugh, all this talk of Cassel emerging as the starter is making me sick.
  19. That's where I'm at... I'm just confused by the reporting. To the point where I keep intending to completely tune out, but then I come back looking for more.
  20. Every other team's QBs complete 100% of their passes in training camp. It's a fact. - Joe B. What about dudes who shoot 45% from three, but then miss a wide open layup?
  21. I'm gonna predict 6-10, just to be safe.
