  1. I'm not a big fan of "punishing" a child because of the actions of their parents. Also, generally speaking, these people are looking to create better opportunities for their families. I'd be against a change, personally. Though, I know I'll be in the minority here (and possibly nationwide).
  2. In my eyes he's the guy to go with. From what has been communicated in media, and practice reports, I'm guessing he's got a 1% chance, so that's what I voted. I'm an ignorant fan, gotta go with the expert media people
  3. 3-4 weeks from football isn't too bad... probably means he should be doing light exercising pretty quickly, which will at least keep the muscles 'awake'.
  4. The QB competition won't be over in the eyes of the fans unless we go undefeated and win the Superbowl.
  5. Interesting. I'd be curious to see how all of that would turn out for a country our size. Or would states effectively become their own countries, bound only by the military and a common currency?
  6. Gotchya. Under this system, do individuals get to control what programs their tax dollars go to?
  7. A national sales tax would still be mandatory, and there would be no way to avoid it outside of the unrealistic (buying absolutely nothing, or being one of the few farmers), no?
  8. !@#$ it, time to shut everything down. No more practices or preseason games!
  9. Not in the way that you're inferring.
  10. Well you're a better person than most.
  11. Like we wouldn't be cheering if we took out Tom Brady's knee.
  12. So you're against any mandatory taxes for the sake of paying for government run services? Is that what I'm getting?
  13. He needs to do a better job at finding running lanes. It seems he sees one, then lowers his head, and runs towards it, ending up just piling in to folks. Gotta keep your head up, be a little patient, and then burst through. BUT for where he was picked, I liked what I saw against Carolina. I don't think he'll be #2 until a little later in the season, if not next season.
  14. I don't care if he's 3'2", as long as he produces.
  15. I was pretty damned happy with all three 👍
  16. It's kinda funny watching people be way more invested in being right, vs being a Bills fan.
  17. It's pretty clear at this point they are focused on developing him more than anything, which is kind of refreshing after the crapfest with Marrone.
  18. Great post, thanks! Didn't quite match what I thought I saw live, but it's very easy to miss things live 👍
  19. Exactly. It's not like we have a lot of money wrapped up in the position, even if we keep all three.
  20. Ideally, for me.... either Tyrod or EJ gets the nod, we keep all three (Cassel for emergency vet QB needs), and both show enough to the coaches that we feel confident going into next year with EJ and Tyrod, and not need to worry about wasting picks on developmental QBs, and we can let Cassel go free after this season.
  21. It's weird that he's so far behind, considering he had the best scrimmage and pre-season game so far. It'll be interesting to see what happens in game two, and who gets the start in game three. I still think he's our best bet, but I'm no expert. All I know is, I want to have a younger QB develop and be a long time starter for the Bills. I like Tyrod, but his pocket passing ability scares me a bit. Hopefully TT shows us he can go through some progressions instead of one look and run, against the Browns.
  22. Damn, that really sucks. Valuable depth player. Hopefully IK, Carrington, and whomever can fill in well.
