I genuinely believe we have two young QBs on our team that can be successful with this offense. AND a vet who's been around and could also be productive. It's kind of nice. I just hope we can get something for them when the backups eventually leave haha.

Yeah that's what I was getting from some of the discussion, then when NoSaint 'clarified' I went back to being confused With your explanation, it's easy to see how the Pegulas and Ralph would be different, since the Pegulas seem ok with spending whatever, as long as they are under the cap. Under Ralph it seemed like we only kept the cap in mind, and tried to only use the cap money. Whatever though, I'm just glad we're being aggressive in keeping our good players. Even if we have a lot tied up in the DL, that's ok to me, because we don't need to do it another way for a couple years at least.

The funny thing about the whole jealousy thing is.. I actively like some of the other successful teams of the last 15 years... Steelers, Ravens, Seahawks, Packers, Giants... they are all fun teams to watch, and don't seem nearly as shady on a whole. None of them are in our division, so one could argue it's that... but I dunno.

We need to have good immediate coverage... which they usually counter with picks that are rarely/never called. It's a pretty genius system, and impossible to stop consistently. Well, thankfully Bills, Dolphins and Jets have all improved on paper, so hopefully someone can do it. Sigh.

The Pats have had so many radio issues over the years, that combined with everything else, it's hard to give them the benefit of the doubt. I wouldn't be surprised if they have a backup communication method installed for when they have to turn their own communication off during 'malfunctions'.

Everyone has consistently put us behind the Pats and Dolphins, and generally in the middle of the pack in the league. At this point I have no hate to put out. The Bills need to have more consistent success on the field before we deserve respect with these predictions.

Pats are the same-ish, maybe one win less. The Dolphins look to be improved. The Jets look to be greatly improved. The Bills should be improved as well. I've said it before, and I'll say it again.. I think this team is better than last year's team, but I could also see us going 8-8 or worse, just because schedule/injuries.
