  1. We're .500, so its hard for me to say if we're 'for real' or not. We don't know if Indy is a good team or not, so we don't know how much weight our win is. We beat the Patriots in 2011 with a team that didn't make the playoffs, so losing to the Patriots with a 'for real' team, doesn't feel right. So... I'm at we'll see. This weekend should give us more information. The Dolphins are supposed to be good, but had trouble with a couple teams that are supposed to be bad, but are surprising this year. It's really early to make any strong statements.
  2. Exactly.
  3. Team deserves a fine and a loss of a draft pick, just like any other team found to be cheating. Pretty straight forward.
  4. I'd rather Gragg be out there, myself. Go with more spread TE formations vs power TE formations.
  5. That's freaking fantastic haha. Hopefully while they are having turmoil, our team is doubling down on chemistry and accountability.
  6. We're three point underdogs? We lost to NE, and they lost to JAX, and we're 'even'? Well ok.
  7. Personally I think Schwartz's scheme fits our team better than Rex's/Pettine's, but we're also only two games into the season, and have played two of the better offenses in the league (supposedly).
  8. >70% completion percentage, ~9ypa, 103 Rating... I'm not ready to bench the kid yet. He struggled at times, but that happens... even HoFers have bad games, and Tyrod's game wasn't all that bad. Take those tip-INTs away, and we're looking at something different. Sometimes the ball bounces in our favor, sometimes not. On to Miami!
  9. It's amazing how extreme these threads are... Not just one player or aspect lost us this game. Tyrod struggled... But so did: - the play calling - the offensive line - the defensive scheming - the emotions of the players - the refs eyeballs
  10. I really hope we can beat the Dolphins, we need a bounce back, and wins (obviously).
  11. I don't understand the rush to ship out a guy who looked incredibly promising this preseason, especially with uncertainty surrounding Tyrod.
  12. Best wishes for a speedy recovery. As much as he let us down today, we need him. And more importantly, football is just a game, so hopefully whatever it is, he can continue to lead a good life.
  13. really wish we didn't go for those 2pters Glad to see some fight, but it's still lookin slim...
  14. What's with these 2pt attempt play calls?
  15. Some of the sacks are on the OL, but on others Tyrod had plenty of time to throw and instead danced around.
  16. We spent all week talking **** instead of preparing, it seems.
  17. Improved blocking, play calling, and QB, my ass.
  18. I feel the same every year. And yet I always find myself falling into the trap.
  19. Realistically it doesn't matter. This team is cursed.
  20. Deflating drive. And Lewis looks damned good.
  21. On that Edelman screen, there were blockers down field engaged before the ball was thrown. Isn't that illegal?
  22. Holy ****, Kyle exploded off the line.
  23. I know EJ isn't liked around here, but one thing he does is run a solid 2 min drill. I think we go with Tyrod for better or worse this season, need to see what we have.
  24. Indeed. Some of the other calls weren't deserved. That one would have been. I don't really understand refs.
