  1. You're Wrong!!! This ^ And OP your LACKING b/c you have no idea what TEAM is. Based on your limited view, you must think all the NE backs are the 2nd coming of Barry Sanders b/c they gained sooo many yards the last 2 weeks. Dear God, help us.
  2. Do you know the meaning of the longstanding quote: "The fish rots from the head down?" It is often referred to in business and almost always rings true. Take a look at the Pats owner. Yankees owner. Extremely successful franchises. The problem over the years with Ralph is......He spends money once in a while. He makes good decsions once in a while. He wakes up and spends his money once in a while. Ask yourself, is this what the Steelers do? Is this what the Pats do? Ralph is one of the most consistent owners in the NFL. Extremely consistent. His record over his long time ownership is .450 Here is what Vince Lombardi said....... "Winning is not a sometime thing, it's an all the time thing. You don't win once in a while, you don't do things right once in a while, you do them right all the time. Winning is a habit. Unfortunately, so is losing" -Vince Lombardi Go Bills!
  3. Agreed...... and "You have to wonder what the conversations are right now at OBD. You know there are calls being made, texts and emails going back and forth." I don't even no what this means. Is Russ calling and texting someone? Is it the bean counter? Is it Ralph? Oh, it must be Buddy then.....Great. Yeah, putting out feeler's to change this team around after 12 years of no post-season. But today all the calls and text's are making things happen. OK, you've made me feel better. Bring on the new owner. Ralph your record for the time owning the Bills is a 'cough' .444 (look it up for yourself). You are the Most Consistent owner in the NFL!!
  4. This ^. Not saying I want this but I think it is reality. Also, Chan WILL be back next year. Ralph ain't getting rid of Buddy. Ralph doesn't trust many people at will not make a change. Buddy will bring back Chan. Chan will go with Fitz or Tavaris. (I think there is only a very small smidgeon of hope we trade for a top 2 or 3 draft pick. And that is b/c there is a rookie cap. If there wasn't a rookie cap, there would be zero chance of trading up). Just my .02. Go Bills!! And I want a win today. Won't be satisfied if we "play with heart" I hate that crap.....We played with heart under Dick! Who give a sh_t. WIN! Show me the baby Buddy!
  5. "I can get a good look at a T-bone by sticking my head up a bull's ass, but I'd rather take a butcher's word for it."
  6. No offense, but are you serious? He said it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read the link.
  7. Agreed. But....He is the D coordinator. The talent is not there but 'The Buck stops here' in Dave's lap. Change something during a game. Wanny got outcoached in the Jets game. Could not come up with a stop or an answer for the pathetic Jests offense. Such a sad low point. Then the second half of the Pats game where he seemed not interested in changing anything. Scares the crap out of me. The blueprint is being written on how to beat the Bills D. Hopefully it doesn't get worse for the D. Is that even possible?? Oh God, I hope not. PS - I wonder if Kirk Morrison gets on the field this week. Anyone think it's a decent possiblity? As far as I know he's been a healthy scratch every game this year.
  8. Too Funny! No offense but hopefully the Bills will not be so clueless this weekend and Actually SHOW UP!
  9. I appreciate your point. Love the Bills. Will ALWAYS be a big fan. I also hate the Stupid negative comments. I don't mind the negative ones as long as they have a point. There is A Lot of baseless negative dribble on this board EVERY TIME the team loses. One of the things that irritates me is the threads like "Harbough is immensely better than Chan because: 1. His record is better. 2. One is good the other great. blah blah blah" Oh really, amazing insight into football. Don't leave the board though. We need more people that actually have well thought out points, Just ignore the imbecile's and those threads and it will all be good when the team really turns the corner. Just my .02. Go Bills! ( Cause the Sabres aren't playing for a while anyway!) San Jose BF. Always find your comments pretty accurate and insightful. You know football. I for one have never found them to be filled with vitriol. I think the major issue people have is we are all for the most part FANS = Short for Fanatics. So if they win and not every person is gushing and actually has something to say, some take offense. Whatever. Good Times. Go Bills! This too ^
  10. LMFAO!! Jets Have a Sack Specialist—With No Sacks Aaron Maybin has the body of a football player who could play many positions and do many things: 6-foot-4, 245 pounds, tapered and muscled from his shoulders through his torso, each hand seemingly the size of a tractor's scoop. He could catch passes as a wide receiver or tight end or intercept them as a safety, and over his two seasons with the Jets, he has lined up as both a linebacker and a defensive end. But Maybin does only one thing, really: He chases quarterbacks. Which means that this season, he hasn't done much of anything..." That reminds me of how the media talked about Tedi Bruschi, Half man, half God, possible centaur.... Link: http://online.wsj.co...IDDLETopStories That pic is awesome. It thought he would be gaining 60 lbs for running plays. Oh wait, this must have been a passing play!
  11. OH GOD No. You may be right. Makes me think Wanny is Jauron 2.0. I just threw up in my mouth.
  12. Don't think I have the stomach for listening to it right now. Anyone have a summary? Thanks
  13. Yikes! Pretty scary. Basically said: 1. Guys just didn't play hard enough in biggest game of the year. "We just didn't play with a sense of urgency in the second half..." 2. Football is not that difficult. OK, so players either not good enough or implying not smart enough. "This game is not that difficult, whether it's a safety or a linebacker or a defensive lineman, there's only three gaps and everybody's got a gap" 3. He for some reason has no idea why: "Why, I don't know, with everything at stake." Thanks Wanny. You just made us think we are in a worse situation then we thought, if that's at all possible.
  14. Well at least we have something to look forward to. So 3-5 years basically and he will be gone? Well not gone but then his impact will start to diminish. Well alright! Something to look forward to.
  15. I have not heard anywhere that he IS playing with a cast on his wrist. Where did you read/hear that one? Can it be seen on if I re-watch the Pats game? Or is it an ace bandage cast? What other 'stars' in the league are talking about their injuries? I mean the ones that started every game this year, not the ones on the bench. Seems a bit odd. Am I missing something? By the way, I have a bit of carpel tunnel (seriously) and I am just not able to post like I have in the past. Sorry, somebody asked. Oh...and I have a runny nose.
  16. Yes. Can't he put a cast on it. I mean if his boo boo is that bad.
  17. If you read through the dribble from the first 3 player's you get to the Mario Williams interview. Link: http://www.buffalobi...6f-73d2ce2b2fa0 Not sure if this was posted..... DE Mario Williams Wednesday, October 03, 2012 "On if he is satisfied with his play: I have to have more impact, more of a role in things and get back to playing like I used to play. Just get back there. Being able to use my hands and stay healthy. Just get better. On what is wrong with his wrist: Just a little deal going on, but we have already mentioned that before and it is just lingering a little longer than expected. Just have to get back out there, try to deal with and play better with it. I think I'm speechless! (for once).
  18. Yes, which is why I firmly believe my favorite quote in the world.......“Winning is not a sometime thing, it's an all time thing. You don't win once in a while, you don't do things right once in a while, you do them right all the time. Winning is habit. Unfortunately, so is losing.” - Vince Lombardi We have the blueprint for losing at least for the last decade plus....and most of Ralph's time owning the team. Some people don't want to look at the facts. Virtually the only time we were good: The Bill Polian Era and some time under Butler, was mostly luck that Ralph found/hired Polian. Then he managed to screw that one up too. Sad Really. Go Bills
