You are right, Fitz playing well is the exception to the rule.

Defenses are lining up daring Fitz to throw the deep ball because he can't. It doesn't matter how wide open anybody is downfield he still misses. If we had a QB that could make the deep throws defenses would be playing us completely different, and running the ball more would be a better option. Fitz for all his alleged intelligence makes poor decisions and audibles out of running plays more often then not. Fitz is a choke collar around the offenses neck.

Working on Fitz's mechanics is like polishing a turd. You have to try it to see if it helps, but in the end it still smells bad. All kidding aside Fitz needs tremendous help in the technique aspect of his game. In the end it is up to him to make these things a part of his throwing motion, and to be realistic, you can't cure his poor footwork and technique in one season. If it were that easy a great number of QBs would be seriously elevating their game year after year, and that clearly is not the case.

Why chose to lose when winning feels so much better. 9-7 would be sweet.

I would toss Fitz. Tossing Chan without giving him a proper QB to work with doesn't make sense to me. As for Wanny, I would like to see his defense with at least a few decent LBrs on the field. I don't see any coach making the playoffs with this season's roster. A quality QB and some quality LBrs would make this coaching staff look a lot smarter.

Spiller is the man, but this team needs a viable compliment to him to get the most out of him. Defenses don't catch a break when Fred and CJ are rotated in and out.

Are you saying that it is a bad play call even if the receivers are open? How do you know what the progression was supposed to be on that play? If a play that made yards available to be gained is a bad play call, what is the right play call?

Are you saying that Chan told Fitz not to throw it to CJ or Freddie on that play?

Fitz looked off the safety for at least a full Mississippi. Also, plays have progressions, which are dictated by where specific defensive players are and what coverage call the QB perceives them to be in. Are you saying that if Fitz connects with one of the underneath receivers that it would then be the right play call?

It's good to see that at least one of them is still alive.

You are not familiar with timing routes that every OC in the league employs. Is this the first NFL game that you've ever watched?

Dude come on. How can you say it was a bad play call when 2 guys were open underneath? That is so illogical. What was clearly a timing route to TJ requires a throw to where the receiver will be. If TJ runs the correct route then that makes 3 players who got open with 20 seconds left. TJ's head is not in the game and that play is on him. Hopefully TJ responds positively to this and is able to step his game up. The team needs him to do so as soon as possible. Big boy football requires supreme discipline.
