I'm not sure that they get rid of SJ cause it doesn't make a lot of sense cap wise this year but TJ Grahams future is not looking real bright at the moment . If there is a suitor for either of these guy s SJ or TJ they need to be on the phone with Jacksonville pronto !!!

One thing that really stuck out in Whaley's interview was when he said "we need a receiver that can play catch not drop" And out of all the TE prospects in the draft even though Ebron is the one mentioned going to the Bills he has the highest percentage of drops per pass attempts to him , even though he has the superior athletic ability and can get open it's 60/40 if he'll catch it . Is that what you want with the game on the line ? I don't !! Every year i get feelings about players & sometimes i'm wrong but i just get a bad vibe about Ebron & i hope the Bills go with some one other than him ...

Last year shortly before this time we were going the Exhaustive search for a head coach . One of the EX HC's that really wanted to go to work for the Bills & even said as much was interviewed but in the end it had seemed that Marrone had the job before the interviews even started . This year that same coach after taking a year off for what ever the reason got hired . His name is Lovie Smith . I was wondering that if Lovie comes out & just sets that team on fire & they take the division by storm how many fans will go into the "I Told You SO" mode & if it would be warranted ? I as many thought Marrone was a homer hire but since then i have softened a bit . I still can't see how you can pass on a guy with his experience & winning percentage . It makes about as much sense as the Bills firing Wade Phillips after bringing the team to the play offs . I guess there are some things we will never understand ! If Marrone continues on the path that he has & EJ takes a jump this year & takes us to the play offs i will soften even more but if the team flounders under his watch i think it will definitely be a "I told you so" Moment ...

I'll second that . The only thing is why not keep him around as a back up if nothing else unless you could generate a couple of picks for him ... I hope in our situation EJ turns out to be the guy but i really wish they wouldn't put all there QB's we have in one basket & figure that were good with it especially with all the arm talent coming out this year !!

Well i'm glad to see our QB of the future thinking that he will make the sophomore jump to be one of the stars of the NFL but i hope he isn't a bit premature in his actions !! If he is basing it off of what he did last year i hope he has some insiders knowledge to what he saw or is seeing to become this year & i hope he's got a good source !! This will be the first time i ever even attempted to or thought of putting together something that resembled a mock draft but seeing all of you others wish list which is pretty much what a MOCK draft is i thought why not WTH !! I am not going to waste your's or my time going through all 32 teams & how i think the picks will fall i am just going to lay out how i hope our picks COULD go in the first 4 rounds & how i personally think it would best help our team today & in the future with these picks . I know my picks will be scrutinized & may not even get any reply posts at all but hey i am going to have fun with it & i hope some of these picks & the reasons i pick them you will be able to understand at the end of this post ... With our 1st round pick i would take a Tackle because it all starts in the trenches & they need to give our new QB every chance to make plays , not to mention giving our RB's a better game would also help EJ's game ! I would like to see Taylor Lewan as our choice here because of his nastiness & versatility along the O line . With our 2nd round pick i would take Kevin Benjamin the WR out of Fl. State, this would be another pick that would help EJ & given their prior playing time together the amount of time to get familiar would be much less time consuming making it a faster impact to the offense & he has the size the Bills have been looking for at WR . With the 3rd round pick i would take Chris Borland from Wisconsin . The guy reminds me of a mixture of Zack Thomas & London Fletcher not real big but a great team guy with a nonstop motor & could be there at this pick . The only thing is he is more of a 3/4 LB so maybe not the best fit ? For the 4th round i would go with the best QB there, like a Taj Boyd , Mettenberger , AJ McCarron type or who ever is the best QB left available at this pick . My reason for it is because the Bills fans have all but put Tuel out to pasture for one bad start in his rookie year so if that be the case then why not bring in another guy to take his roster spot with a higher up side to his game ? We have Thad as our back up so the new guy could do what Tuel is doing & learn for a year plus with the possibility of being a future trade bait or starter if the plan doesn't pan out . This years QB class is suppose to be hands & feet above last years which was when we picked our QB of the future & i'm all in on giving EJ a fair shake, but given his injuries last year & his inconsistency's IMHO it would be good to have a better back up plan & a 4th (or even a 5th) round pick wouldn't be a waste as you all would call it to get a developmental QB with a more upside . Well there's my mock wish list of players for the first 4 rounds that i think would best help our team today & in the future & could be really good players for a long time for the Bills !!

Sounds to me like he might have the "do you know who my uncle is" syndrome !! He may be good but his attitude sounds as if it sucks & the coach doesn't want that spreading through out the locker room . May have messed up a great chance to play for a good school with Taj leaving this year for the draft .

I 110% agree with you ! The guy was in the perfect position to learn under Payton Manning as a #2/ #3 QB & as you said the dude just wins . But i believe because of his strong moral & belief structure the guy was not given the opportunity that others would have been given they wins that he had . The dude would beyond a shadow of a doubt have worked harder than any one on the team to change what ever he needed to to become a better QB & if a coach would have worked around his strengths he would still be winning for a team some where because thats what he does . It's just a shame that because he didn't fit the mold he has been tossed aside with out a reasonable fair shake even if that means sitting behind another QB or on a practice squad to just see if he can be developed ... The entire thing makes as much sense as some of the fans here hating Flutie Go Figure !!

Sure why not that would gee the guys something more to play for . WHy not add who ever wins the game their conference gets home field in the super bowl . Meaning if the AFC wins one of the AFC teams get to host the super bowl at a AFC venue in see 2 years ??

Going around the internet sites trying to get as much Bills input as i can i found that there are quite a few people that think the Bills D is in pretty good shape . Which also goes along with what Whaley has said about the Team not having a lot of glaring needs . I don't know what you all think of the rankings that Bleacherreport does but this is where found that mostly our LB ing corp is pretty stout with the FA's we have picked up this year . Which again all things on paper are not proof of being good on the field ! I'll start at MLB they have ranked B. Spikes at #5 , Kiko ranked #6 so we have 2 MLB in the top 10 This next one i have had a bit of a time & i think you will understand when i get to that point . OLB - Ranked #8 Mario W ? (i didn't see him as a OLB) although they said in a 3/4 . M. Lawson ranked #14 & at #18 Hughes again as a OLB which goes with the Mario ? Last a FA pick up Rivers was ranked #23 in a 4/3 Go DT M Dareus ranked #2 . Now i know this means absolutely nothing because this years scheme is different from last year & there will be a lot of learning both by the players & staff to utilize the talent on our roster but i think especially the LB's corp has made a significant jump from our past but only time will tell ...

As the one politician said the Bills were born in Buffalo but the Bills are the ONLY NY State team so they should do what ever it takes to keep them here . Put the stadium at the intersection of 3 county's Niagra , Erie, & Genesse & have all 3 counties pay for the stadium instead of just one …

It's about time we had a little bit of attitude on this team ! We always have the laid back guys , i love what Whaley is doing being aggressive & taking chances on some guys that may have had some character issues . I hope these guys come in & put the passion back into Bills football & energizes the fan base as well !!

The guy may be good but of all the TE's coming out this year he had the highest drop percentage of all of them . We already have a guy that can do that we need a guy thats clutch !! Besides we regreted passing on Orapko, Mathews , R. Wilson , & many others but if we get a #1 LT/RT i don't think we will regret missing out on a TE with as huge a ego as this guy has ! He reminds me a lot of Winslow Jr. coming out … All hype !

Bon Jovi is all about the dollar he has NO loyalty to anything but ! He fired Richy Sambora after all these years of Richy being his guitar player to save a buck to add to potentially buying a NFL franchise what does that say ? There should be a movement to keep this guy & his cronies away from the Bills because he is another Jerry Jones & if he isn't maximizing his dollar in Buffalo he will pull the plug just as sure as every fan on this sight bleeds red , white , & Bills blue !! I would love to believe in him & get behind him 100% but every time we bring a guy in he falls on his face for one reason or another . EJ is a great kid but he didn't show a lot last year , a couple times he showed some accuracy but for the most part he showed what the so called experts said - inconsistency !! After this year i will be able to give more of what i think of him as a starting QB in the NFL but no matter what happens i will always think that the smart thing for the Bills to do is to draft another QB this year as a back up plan . Because when you put all your eggs in one basket you have more of a chance to fall on your face with out a more sure back up strategy ...
