  1. I can't wait for the load of sh*t Roger is getting ready to dump on us. They've likely spent millions on a stable of attorneys from - Obfuscations "R" Us - to cover this up for Kraft, Marcia and his beloved Pats.
  2. To quote TO, "No not really." The Pats have Marcia and still have been more active in drafting QB's than us. And if they did't have Marcia, old Billy would be more active still. I would ask DW to treat QB's like he does CBs & RBs and draft them until one clicks. And don't worry about having too many. Trading competent back-ups and phenoms seems to draw absurd values.
  3. That's my point. You don't know who is or isn't a franchise guy. So sit on your hands and make excuses that nobody is good enough is exactly what we have done for years. That's why teams serious about getting a good QB drafts them in rounds other that the 1st round. That's why you take a Foles, a Wilson, a Kirk Cousins. You can't get a franchise guy (as a rule) unleas you draft them and develop them. Even if they fall short, you get absurd value for them in trades.I applauded taking a shot at EJ. They should take a QB every year until they get it right. Instead we're out of numbers for running backs. Sorry, they should have drafted a QB. As usual they say (like they did with Wilson) they didn't rate them high enough. Get a new rating system or someone who is a better judge of QB talent. QB's go higher in the draft than their ratings, deal with it. Again, you want to find and develop a QB, you gotta draft them.
  4. Seems an easy decision to me. You want a franchise QB - draft him. If you don't, shut the piehole and live with what you got. I'd draft one every year until I got a good one. They should have this year.
  5. Hi Howard, I too remember the Kemp days. I was 8, but bled the Bills. You're in for a wild ride at Two Bills Drive!
  6. Zero imagination. Looks like a XFL team.
  7. Every time one of you quotes him or expresses outrage JS and the BN are laughing...he's done his job. Stop reading him.
  8. Let's trade Bryce Brown for a 4th.
  9. Guess they don't want him to ever pull. He looks like a guy they plan to only take on the guy in front of him and that's it.
  10. Finally some help on the OL. Good enough to start? I sure as hell hope so. I am underwhelmed tonight but hoping to be surprised ala Kiko and Preston Brown.
  11. Taking a good qb requires taking a shot in the early rounds as a rule. I agree that if you don't try you won't get. And we haven't tried. A 6th or 7th round flyer (I know, Brady) is not a recipe for success. If they thin the guy can be a franchise QB one day, take him.
  12. I just watched the Jets already powerful D line get significantly better with Leonard Williams, a 305 lb Bruiser rated the best player in the draft. The D lines in our division are elite and after all these years of dreadful O lines, we still look anemic. We need O line help and fast. I don't think the Jets' D line or Miami's line are going to consider us "bullies."
  13. I'd rather have Petty and let him learn from Cassel and Lee.
  14. 2 things: If they think Petty would develop into the franchise guy, I have no issue with taking him at 50. And 2: Thanks 26CB for your fine work on those clips! Gets me pumped up!
  15. Well, let's see if Ty can pass and read defenses. Gotta do more than run.
  16. I would opt to get a starter on OL at 50. (I know, that was supposed to be Kujo in the 2nd last year) If nobody the covet is there, try and trade down and grab a QB to develop. Seattle, Oakland and Tennesee are happy they took a QB outside the 1st round and the value Philly got for Foles is instructive. If you want to find a QB, you have to draft one - and do so every year If necessary.
  17. George Saimes Joe Ferguson Will Wolford Entertainment choice, Marlin Briscoe
  18. I am not glad we don't have a first-round pick. I rather like them.
  19. That is genius. You could sue for copyright infringement but who would sue who?
  20. Not a big fan of Sal's delivery and his voice is grating, but he sort of grows on you. Knows what he knows and works hard. So good for him.
