    My draft strategy is always trade back in the first then trade all the late picks to get multiple 3rd round picks. Id rather have 5 or 6 picks in the first 3 rounds and get undrafted FAs than have 7 regular picks or 10 in our case.

    plus the players attacked instead of making 8000 decisions before the snap and then ended being confused , out of position and not making plays.

    Im shocked !!! Which begs the question how long did it take for Terry to realize he made a mistake and how long did he wait to bounce Rex? Was Terry just hoping rex would turn it around so he didnt look dumb after a couples weeks of hiring rex?
