  1. another chink in the armor Pats' latest scandal is serious business
  2. I don't seem to hear it mentioned much on the air; but, without the benefit of videotaped signals the supposedly 'greatest offensive juggernaut' of all time, with the 'smartest' coach, and the most 'clutch' quarteback of all time could not win the biggest game of all time. Maybe the tapes did help afterall Anybody know when Spector is speaking?
  3. Of course it is. It clearly shows that they were stealing the signals for future use by identifying the signal, and then the play. This would not be something they would be able to do if they simply tried to write down the signals.
  4. He was a safety. The same safety that got beat late for a TD in the 1980 Playoff game against the SD Chargers. On a side note. I truly believe that was the Bills 2nd best shot at a Super Bowl. The team had an excellent defense, with many of the names mentioned here, and would have hosted Oakland the next week, and played then played a mediocre Philadelphia team in the Super Bowl.
  5. Shane Nelson Tony Greene Bob Chandler Sherman White Mark Bramer Joe Devlin
  6. To be honest, I am not getting my hopes up because I do not want to be disappointed; but, I really hope Walsh does have enough details to rip the curtain down on the *'s whole 'model of the NFL' operation.
  7. Do they go C (Sullivan or Justice) or TE (Rucker or Davis) next?
  8. Likely CB-WR draft combo for Bills The Buffalo Bills ideally would select an instant impact cornerback and wide receiver in the first two rounds of this weekend’s NFL college draft. It will be interesting to see how they try to pull it off. Will the No. 11 pick be a CB or a WR? Might they use one or two of their eight other picks in a deal to move up in an attempt to fill both need positions in the first round? Here’s one possible dream scenario for the Bills with their first three picks in this weekend’s NFL draft: Pick No. 11 — A cornerback (Leodis McKelvin of Troy or Mike Jenkins of South Florida or Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie of Tennessee State); or wide receiver Devin Thomas (Michigan State). Pick No. 41 — If they take a CB in the first round, a tall wide receiver might still be available and could be the jackpot pick: James Hardy (Indiana) or Malcolm Kelly (Oklahoma). … If they take a WR in the first round, a CB could be available (perhaps Antoine Cason of Arizona or Aqib Talib of Kansas). … A tight end (Martellus Bennett of Texas A&M, Dustin Kelly or Purdue or Fred Davis of USC) could be available and is another need position.
  9. But if he can cover and tackle like Winfield that will be good enough for me!!
  10. After watching NFL Network today, I don't think I will ever go back to watching the draft on ESPN!! Maycock & Schefter kicked A##!!!!
  11. They show him catching a TD pass in 'Invincible".
  12. Let's hope he stays on track because he only has one WR being picked in Round 1 (Thomas). That would leave plenty for the Bills in Rd 2.
  13. Of course, if they really wanted him after next year, the Franchise option is still available.
  14. Granted he would be playing against tougher competition, but to say that he would 'not be that good' is asinine.
  15. Yeah, big running backs with 4.4 speed and outstanding moves that stay healthy never seem to make it...
  16. I'll mainly flip back and forth, but I will be on ESPN during the Bills pick just to see what dumb ass comment Mort is going to have. Hopefully Bermen shuts him up again this year.
  17. When the Pats* pick tomorrow in NYC do you think we will even be able to hear Goddell speak over the boo's and catcalls. I might even feel bad for the poor kid that gets drafted by them if he is there. Hey, that might be why the NFL only invited the Top 6 prospects.
  18. Beside Crowell being an UFA next year, last year they were left with Wire, DiGiorgio and Haggan at LB after all of the injuries
  19. Even better is that we get them the week after they play the Colts on Sunday night.
  20. Actually, my guess this year is that the Bills play opening day in Foxboro again. the game after the Pats* Bye will be in Buffalo just so it doesn't look so transparent.
  21. And looking with great anticipation too see if the Bills play the Pats* after their Bye week again.
  22. not really a mystery in my case either. Fortunately it's not plural.
  23. Most: Jerry Butler, Kent Hull Least: Ronnie Harmon / Justin Cross Last 10 Years: Most: Lee Evans Least: Doug Flutie
