Kromer should be interim HC starting this week. That gives Pegula and his brain trust time to get the best candidates in and honestly Kromer will do just as good if not better this year as the HC

First year as the HC of the patriots with a lesser overall roster (remember last year how bad they were and how everyone said they needed alot to rebuild…they were 4-13!) and he’s going to win the division and go farther than the Bills who have the best QB in the league and same coaching staff for 8 years. That’s impressive Beane and McD will always have each others back imo. That’s the ONLY reason there has been no change. And Pegula imo doesn’t care as long as we keep making the playoffs. Wish Kim was calling the shots I bet we’d see a change

I said cancer and it’s because they’re sucking the life out of Josh. Like I’ve said before, every year with Beane and McD is groundhogs day. Bare minimum for the offense with retreads from other teams and the majority of our draft assets going towards the defense and being underwhelming either because of coaching or poor evaluation. It needs to be rooted out, the whole regime. Put Aaron Kromer in charge for the rest of the season I think we get as far or farther and then watch the crop of talented coaches signing up to coach the most talented QB in the league this offseason

I guess we’ll see this year what he does with an elite QB. Something that McD has has had for 8 years Also, Beane is a master poker player he wouldn’t put himself in position to be put out to pasture. That’s why McD has stayed so long imo

Beane knows you bring in a big name like Harbaugh that he’s going to want his own GM. Maybe not but that’s my theory

I’d honestly fire McD right now and elevate the only coach who has been consistently good with his unit, as our interim HC, Aaron Kromer

It’s not his job to call people out. It’s the organization that needs to protects its most valuable asset and they’ve failed him for years passing on better options like Harbaugh and Vrabel because Beane was too scared to lose his cushy gig giving up on McDs going nowhere culture façade

Brady will just be another scapegoat for the overall problem. McBeane pour into the defense every offseason giving Josh and the OC scraps for weapons and then when we lose a game giving up 30 points all blame still goes onto the offense. Brady isn’t the best but Beane and McD are the cancer to this organization’s downfall.

Would be great if McBeane feared for their jobs but Pegula and his team haven’t done anything after all these years, I’d be shocked if they do anything this year. At this point I expect Josh to ask for a trade before this trainwreck regime bows out, they’ll do barely enough every year riding Josh’s coat tails to keep making the playoffs but that’s as far as they’ll ever get. Sucks but that’s where we’re at and I feel worst for Josh

At least with Lane we know he’s been here before just wasn’t mature last time. Dude can coach an offense. Wish we could go back in time and grab Harbaugh

I’m also think we should look at Green Bay’s offensive side of the ball because they always scheme players open and no one has picked off of Matt LaFleur’s tree
