  1. I don't think it really matters. Even if this team had 22 Pro-Bowlers starting, they would find a way to lose.
  2. I am pretty sure that Marrone did not tell Johnson and Chandler to fumble. I still like Marrone, but fear that he will be chewed up by the horrible losing culture the same as previous coaches have.
  3. Can there be any question? Bills must cut SJ and his big contract and spend that money to re-sign Byrd - not that Byrd was spectacular today, but he is FAR FAR more clutch than SJ. 1st or 2nd round pick should be spent on a TE who is better than the scrap-heap reclamation project that Chandler is.
  4. 45 years of hoping and trying to believe through bad decisions and bad luck. I don't have much left. The irony is being set up. A few more bad years in Buffalo and then they'll move to Toronto, LA or London and then they'll suddenly be SB contenders.

  6. Agreed, this team finds creative ways to lose. I can easily see them losing the rest of their games - unless of course it might be advantageous to lose one of them for a shot at a really great player - then, and only then, will they put together a good game and stumble to a victory when it would benefit them to lose.
  7. BTW, I have watched/listened to EVERY game for the last 45 years and I cannot believe how bad (other than the 4 SB years) this team has been. There has been almost NO hope for most of those 45 years. I DO see some signs of progress - Manuel at least has a chance to be a good NFL QB, Woods looks decent, Alonzo looks like a keeper... BUT, what happens when the collective stink of this franchise saps the effort from those guys? Horrible, horrible loss and one that was particularly predictable late in the 3rd QTR. If you've watched for the last 30-40 years, you KNEW that they would find a way to lose this game against a team that just wanted to get on the bus and go home. Terrible....
  8. This team will NEVER be good. They can't erase 20 years of being horrible from their psyche. Against a team that won 2 friggin' games this year, they crumbled twice at the end of the game. Basically saying, "gosh, we can't possibly win this game - here take these gift fumbles and humiliate us as we deserve to be".
  9. Game is about over. Atl needs 15 yards or less for a game winning FG.
  10. They are TRYING to lose. God, there is not anything this franchise can do to win, is there?
  11. Is there a higher paid player who is LESS clutch than SJ? Cut him and re-sign Byrd to a long-term contract.
  12. The receiver ran right over Robey and the call was on Robey????
  13. For G*d's sake. He NEVER even touched him, but the game is slipping away.
  14. Looking for ways to lose against a horrible opponent.
  15. Ugh, how to lose? What was Byrd doing on that play?
  16. How do you give that up with more-than-all-pro Jairus Byrd at S?
  17. Man, that was BIG. Now, must prevent a 1st down.
  18. It all comes down to the defense preventing a TD here.
  19. Falcon's already in FG position, D must rise up big time. Spiller's 1st down run hurt bad
  20. I like Spiller, but he HAS to stop running backwards to try to make a big play. That was a killer on 1st down.
  21. Need a scoring drive here. Doesn't have to be a TD, but need a FG.
  22. I will say that Kiko Alonzo had pretty good coverage on that deep pass, but he was lucky it went right through the RB's hands.
  23. Oh man, lucky he DROPPED that.
