  1. its possible, i guess it all depends on where clause and the other qb's grade out
  2. no that was on a scouting report. Think before you post
  3. Mayock said lefevour had the best ball of the day for the North side, i guess it depends on who you ask
  4. whoa whoa whoa, are you sayin nose tackles are fat??? Blasphemy
  5. I personally don't care if what he says after the game, or during interviews, he could thank Satan for all I care, Zazie took exception to Tebow and his Faith, not me, I was just pointing out how he threw it in there, like a jab at the end of the first rd.
  6. Did manning and brady have major injuries in college???? no does Bradford, at 197-205, not 223 need to add SOME weight, yes No one is saying he needs to be the next jared lorenzen, or jamarcus russell, but at his size he would benefit from bulking up a bit.
  7. Darren Sproles V2.0
  8. Check out dan lefevour, QB Central Michigan University, at the senior bowl this week
  9. He would be great for a WC offense team, not the bills though
  10. the arm is ok, but it won't dazzle anybody, he's real thin, and needs to add weight, limited mobility, not much under center experience, hasn't had to deal with a pashrush much at oklahoma, pocket awareness could be an issue, pennington is a very favorable comparison.
  11. its possible, depending on what the other teams have on their boards, for ex. many mocks have bruce campbell slipping out of the 1st rd. he is raw, but very strong, and by all accounts his best football is yet to come, but he may not last to the #41 pick. Also, Mike Iupati from idaho, is listed as a guard, but has the size, measureables, foot speed and toughness to kick out to Left Tackle. Guards almost never go in rd 1, so he may be there at the 41 spot.
  12. ok, bradford is 6-4 1st off, he played in the spread, weve never seen him throw on the run, he's never seen a passrush, and when he did, BOOM injury. Decent arm strength, but at a mere 197 lbs, needs to bulk up to stay healthy. Clausen, did all he could to bring ND football back, statistically, you couldn't get much better, it can't be held against him the his defense was TERRIBLE, and couldn't stop a PeeWee team. He is a cocky kid, thats no secret. I don't want either, I'll wait for Lefevour in the 2nd or 3rd. But between the 2 if I had to pick, its clausen, hands down.
  13. he might not last that long if he keeps it up
  14. I see cody as a sam adams type, he has the talent, and if he can do what big sam used to i'd gladly spend a 2nd rd pick on him
  15. after his interview during senior bowl practice "alright tim, thank you" TT-"thank you, god bless" it's already started
  16. Agreed that clausen is the only rd 1 qb , i would not be happy with bradford at all.
  17. I heard this mentioned on the NFL network coverage also, could help him drop to the #41 slot, his combine will be a big indicator
  18. During Senior Bowl coverage Mike Mayock said exactly that, given his measurables, and an apparent mean streak, mayock said that his feet are plenty quick enough to be able to kick out to LEFT TACKLE, plus he could always play guard. The more I hear about him the more I like him. I'd love to get him at the top of 2nd, or bottom 1st if we can get a 2nd pick.
  19. questions like, "how do you feel about the game today" or before a big game, "tim what are your feelings heading into this game" those are common, open ended questions. If you think the media isn't going to ask the QB questions before or after a game you're crazy, he doesn't have to seek out the cameras, they come to him. And also, just because he's speaking doesn't mean you have to listen, since when did having faith become such a bad thing? I understand not wanting to get bombarded with it, but he's allowed to speak his mind when asked. I'd rather hear him thank god or whatever than his agent and a bunch of sponsors.
  20. agreed, plus we need to get more "bang for the buck" so to speak, and have a few holes to fill
  21. WHat I meant is you don't have to listen to him, and go join a church or mission or whatever. He's entitled to say what he pleases. If they dont want a god pitch on NATL TV, then dont shove a mic in his face, or ask a specific question, not "tim, how do you feel, or tim, what was going thru your mind
  22. They may share his faith, but you can't justify that pick at #9. He's not even a day 1 grade, he's graded right there with colt mccoy mid to late rd talent, that plays in a system that hides his flaw. With Nix's rep as a scout, and a great one at that, he has to see what everyone else see's. If they want tebow wait till rd 4-5 if he's not there, then somebody reached. Interesting side note, Mayock commented that in day 1, the qb with the best ball was..... DAN LEFEVOUR, I was pleasantly surprised to hear that, there may be some hope for him.
  23. Tebow has been doing great things for years because of the influence his faith has had, he has a very important reason to be doing the adds he's doing, and you don't have to agree, but the kid is a role model, he's done everything the right way. Spreading the word is a part of the faith, you don't have to listen, but don't hold it against him. with that said, it's also a fact that he doesn't have the skill set to be a full time starter in the NFL, and the bills should not consider him.
  24. as reported by witnesses at the senior bowl, tebow fumbled 7 of his first 10 snaps from under center, and scouts on hand believe his throwing motion cannot be fixed, compared to byron leftwich's throwing motion.
  25. Some top lb's have dropped in the last few yrs, malaluga and poz come to mind, so I would be pleasantly surprised to see spikes at #41, it's so early in the process def have to wait and see where they ultimately grade out, but i'd be very happy if we landed a top ot, spikes and Lefevour.
