  1. troy was a 3rd rd pick, not 1st
  2. Absolutely, 1st ballot Hall of Fame, the guy CHANGED THE GAME, he changed the way defenses line up and play every week. No doubt he gets in on the 1st try
  3. wood was listed as a center
  4. NO NO NO, your reading it all wrong, what your not seeing is the unprinted text that says how buffalo is a craphole that nobody wants to play in. They have no fanbase that supports the team, its a dying franchise, who are you to question the likes of Adam Schefter, or anybody at ESPN. Shame on you for conveying this filth to the board, nothing but lies and inuendo tha'ts what it is. Really though, its good to hear there's some people in buffalo that are CAPABLE of keeping the team in town once Ralph is gone.
  5. Mark my words a payton will win this superbowl, there's no way peyton leaves miami without a ring, I guarantee it.
  6. I was really hoping to bring in Andre Woodson, from kentucky, yeah yeah, i know what your gonna say. He was a 6th rd pick, and he did get cut instead of Jared Lorenzen (another diamond in the rough), and nobody signed him after that, but that doesn't mean he can't lead us back to GLORY (for the league minimum, of course). So, with that said...WHO'S WITH ME!!!!!?????? anybody, anybody, bueller, bueller, bueller....rats, thought I had a winner there.
  7. It's a legit statement, Clausen's attitude has turned off quite a few people apparently, and Bradford's question mark health, and long term durability knock him out of rd 1 IF AND ONLY IF there were actual top grade qb's in this class, which there aren't. Heard that almost verbatim on sirius NFL radio today. However, since they are the best of the worst so to speak, somebody is going to overpay for "inferior" talent, I just hope it's not us.
  8. Few and far between are the times a GUARD is taken in the first round, I am well aware how his senior bowl week is going, and that mayock projects him able to kick out to LT. But what I said was its POSSIBLE that he could be there, that's all, possible, maybe not probable, but simply, possible.
  9. coat with italian bread crumbs, skewer, and grill, top with a lemon butter sauce
  10. Thats definitely a glass half full point of view, Good for you, buddy.
  11. Yeah he was a coverage liability, and didn't fit in wades defense. Also, probowls, meh, probably based on rep 3 of the 5 times. Theres usually not much of a market for a slow SS that can't cover, he's basically a LB with range at this point. Basicallly, he got old and outdated, FAST. That's all I got on Roy williams
  12. Yeah I got the jist of it, btw roy got to 5 probowls from 02-09, missing them his rookie yr and the 2 yrs he was hurt, and requested his release from Dallas. But you're right I wouldn't consider him tops at his position.
  13. That was a joke, the safety Roy Williams went to OKLAHOMA, not texas, and he went to multiple pro-bowls, def not a "bust"
  14. I know the WR roy williams, but who's the other roy williams that went to texas?
  15. I hadn't heard anything about either of them till I looked up other lb's that were coming out this year. And nobody here ever mentioned them, so yeah I figured they were sleeper picks for us
  16. Those teams I mentioned are toss ups year in and year out, and talent wise what about their defense, thats the problem, if clausen had a defense behind him, that ND team is in the BCS title picture.
  17. Clausens stats against ranked opponents were bad yr 1, better yr 2 and real good yr 3, considering he had 28 tds and 4 picks this yr, it couldn't have been that bad. I remember against mich. he had a great day
  18. Dude, 1: quinn and clausen are completely different people, just cause they went to the same school means nothing 2: He didn't play an easy schedule, mich, mich st, BC, purdue, USC minimum every year 3: Name me one of the Top 10 talents he played with other than Golden Tate
  19. That's completely contrary to what I heard from Kirwan on Sirius and Mayock, both said he IS quick enough and physical enough to kick out to LT
  20. Yeah USC is South Carolina, and from what i've heard his stock is up, but he'd be a good pick either way, it's b/t Norwood, johnson (kentucky), hughes (TCU), if spikes and mcclain aren't there, both those guys seem like they could be very good for us, without spending the top dollar
  21. id go with what we have and wait for Julio Jones from Alabama
  22. RD 1: ot/lb, I don't like any of the QB's this year as top picks RD 2: lb/dline RD 3:Lefevour RD 4: look for depth at lb/dline/ RD 5-7: bEST PLAYER AVAILABLE
  23. Yr 3 is usually the "breakout yr" for wrs, given the obstacles Hardy has had to overcome, I'd wait it out and see what happens this year, same with Johnson, they have to get extended playing time to form a legit judgement on where they are, with that said, the kid from ohio, white, looks like a welkerish type guy that could really help the offense, though I haven't done any research on him yet.
  24. Also, check out the scouting reports on Jerry hughes OLB TCU, and Micah Johnson ILB Kentucky, could be sleeper guys we target, depending on the Defense
