  1. I remember last years calm down thread just before we lost 8 in a row. If you're saying calm down football is meaningless entertainment then you're right - if you are saying calm down the Bills plan to put a competitive product on the field before Ralph dies and the Bills move to somewhere more profitable then you are wrong.
  2. Yeah the American government should get back to what it does best - using the State Dept, CIA or military to bribe, bully, remove or kill any third world leader who is thinking of raising their country's minimum wage or has the audacity to legislate and enforce environmental or safety regulations.
  3. I expect Lee's absence will not be noticed because our world class TEs and Oline will pick up the slack.
  4. If they can keep his jersey clean then the kid has all the tools to be great- if the Oline starts to let pressure through then the kid is going to take a beating and we will see how long he lasts mentally and physically- The Pats were the best place for Mallet, they have had a long history of providing excellent protection to their QBs- the Bills look at their Oline and say "meh good enough" if the QB starts getting sacked 5 or 6 times a game then they'll take another look.
  5. Ronnie improved the economic growth through deficit spending- that's what it's called when you take in less but spend more- but that's not a bad thing that's one of the things government is suppose to do, run debt when growth is slow and unemployment is high and pay it back down when growth is good and unemployment is low.
  6. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bBeQO1nBThQ no good lawyers? piffle
  7. This from the progressive attack dogs of the Ludwig Von Mises Institute
  8. No The names talked about most were Gholston, Ellis, Clady, Albert and Williams- Albert was considered a very good guard prospect and a definite possibility if we traded down- I'm not sure but I think KC has him at OT where he has struggled a little bit.
  9. A question for the managers out there - University of Phoenix or other online degrees do they carry any weight or are they worthless. I know one person who used it to qualify for a better position but she had worked for the company for years and was well liked and was basically told that if their was any way she could meet the qualifications she would be given the job.
  10. If you are concerned with the near term you could bring in Shawn Andrews and McKinnie to compete with Bell and Pears- I don't think you lose much by cutting Wang and Colin Brown but it seems obvious that the Bills still consider themselves in rebuilding mode (the most optimistic interpretation of their actions- the other being they're damn cheap).
  11. No the point was what I stated.
  12. My reply was strictly for OC who argues you can't raise revenues with taxes ever because they will all be circumvented by means legal and illegal.
  13. you seem to be experiencing a "clown encounter of the third kind" do what I do and set phasers to ignore.
  14. Bachmann looks pretty damn good for 55 I would have guessed that she was at least 10 years younger- I'm thinking now about registering republican to vote for her in the primaries.
  15. Maalox is classic
  16. His scales were perfect
  17. well then businesses will have be assigned accountants who work for the government- either businesses are going to start behaving in an ethical and honest manner or there is going to be a huge reset which no one is going like- the bottom line is either capitalism is going to work for the masses as well as the elites or it's going bye bye and that won't make anybody happy.
  18. Does Shawn Andrews have any injury or weight problem or was he strictly a cap cut? Max Starks has a neck injury and weight issues Mckinnie has just weight issues maybe age Gaither has back issues Walker has no issues that I know of except not that great Herman Johnson is Huge but I guess he can't play
  19. Well we will just have to make capital gains, stocks, dividends, subject to the tax and we will just have to tax the businesses an accounting tax to pay for extra accountants to make sure their expenses are legitimate.
  20. yes you are trying to circumvent it right now by trying to squash talk about it - exactly how would you circumvent a payroll tax because everyone who pays a payroll tax on every cent of their income right now would like to know.
  21. Excellent So I can put you down for lifting the $106,000 cap on SSI payroll tax.
  22. fix it- sure- how about removing the $106,000 cap to start oh and why did you reply if you couldn't answer the question
  23. didn't say ban but sometimes people like to all park next to each other - but you're merely a robot what do you know about people.
  24. So how much has SSI contributed to the debt so far?
