  1. It isn't the years out of the league that's the problem, its the reason for it...the knees. Won't make it through the first cut.
  2. Wish he had put forth this kind of effort in Buffalo. He does look ripped.
  3. Sorry...didn't realize I'm not allowed to share my opinion....
  4. Dante graded out better than Huff....All in all it looks good but I still thnk we could have had the same draft plus and extra second and third round pick
  5. Apologies if this has been posted, didn't see it http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2007/foot...h.ap/index.html
  6. If Peteson falls to 12 it means someone like Willis went higher than expected.
  7. I remember watching a CFL game in the early 90's and saw Perry Tuttle make a catch. Another former Bill (one of the wasted first round picks in the early 80's), he had a rough ride for a while but persevered and turned out okay. Interesting read for anyone that cares. http://66.218.69.11/search/cache?p=perry+t...=1&.intl=us
  8. Hope Pactrick is still there when we pick, could go either way.
  9. Same thing drafting Mcgahee did to Henry's.
  10. Would be surprised if Quinn is still there at 12, even more surprised if we take him. Not nuts about his second round prediction either.
  11. Another great shootout victory. Miller has now stopped 11 of the last 12 shootout attempts. Too bad the Sabres have only scored on one of the last 12. Good enough tonight though. Can go a long ways towards locking things up with a win Saturday. Hope we start getting some people back for the playoffs!
  12. hope we have better luck in the shootout then Saturday (or was it Sunday?)
  13. http://sports.espn.go.com/nhl/news/story?id=2775868 Much better description than my attempt
  14. Started with a cheap shot on drury - no penalty. After ensuing faceoff and play resumed all h@## broke loose as the sabres tried to get even. Biron and Emery got into it, both ejected. Two penalties to the Sabres, one 4 minute one two. Plus both goalies ejected. Sabres killed the 5 on 3 but gave up a goal on the 5 on 4. Anyways it's sure to be on sports center, pretty obvious I'll never do play by play (or blow by blow)
  15. A lot mor. Bothe punches being thrown than you'll see in the Mesi fight! Holy @#$%
  16. Marv never made a move in the first round, stood pat every year. (The Bennet deal was consumated after the draft haloween nite i believe. Marv was dead set against it. Glad he lost the argument!)
  17. Exactly. Not that I'm crazy about the idea of losing him, but he's not the guy we should overpay for.
  18. Him and Bill Joe Herbert
  19. http://gobuffsgo.cstv.com/sports/m-golf/sp.../121806aaa.html He still will be assistant Football coach.
  20. It would have been more accurate to say the Bills under Levy had success with o-lineman early. Brown, Wolford and Fina were first round draft picks during the Levy regime. Richter was also a first round pick. Drafted before Levy was in Buffalo, but was a big part of the turn around in the late 80's. So it isn't so far fetched an idea that Marv would go after a lineman early.
  21. Plays for, or more accurately is on the roster of Jacksonville. Was injured most of the year - sound famaliar?

  23. Before the 2004 draft Jaworski predicted Losman would be the best QB to come out of that draft so he has a bit of a vested interest in his prediction.
  24. Freeney's play fell off a little this year, don't think he had a sack until the Bills game. 5-1/2 for the year now. Likely his salary will be out of line with his productivity. Wouldn't be pretty if we paid him big FA dollars and he went the first half season without a sack.
