  1. Mahomes will be running for his life. We saw what Houston did to the Bills, and KC is even less equipped to stop that kind of beat down. I think KC's season pretty much ends on Sunday night.
  2. He's probably #3 this year, which is an amazing accomplishment considering who's out there. And he's not far from the best.
  3. It wasn't all Cook, either - Davis and Johnson also had success when called upon. The Steelers just couldn't get to the runner all day. Kudos to the Bills O line for executing, but the Stillers D should have had an answer at some point. Instead, they laid an egg.
  4. The OL played well, but they were also fortunate that the Steelers couldn't figure out how to stop the run, even though they knew it was coming all game long. A better opponent probably would have done a better job of locking it down after the half.
  5. They showed a lot of resilience. Lots of key injuries and a terrible first half, but they "made the adjustments" and turned it into a beat-down, in a tough stadium for that matter. Nice game, all things considered!
  6. I don't think Josh is "dirty" in the sense that he is trying to injure anyone, but he is definitely a world-class flopper - always dramatizing and throwing up his arms when he gets touched a little late or anywhere near the head. He will do any little thing to gain an advantage or get in a player's head. He has been known to employ the "fake-take-a-knee" move on his runs. He likes to leverage the QB protection rules, big time, and that alone will piss a lot of guys off. But here's an example where it worked perfectly.
  7. I would also offer that the bubble screen is a throw that Josh and his receivers don't seem to time very well. I haven't done any kind of video review, but it seems like the receiver (often Shakir) usually has to wait too long for the ball, often while standing still. Sometimes the trow is a little behind him, too. Makes it really hard to get upfield in a hurry.
  8. Sorry it didn't work out, but usually it doesn't.
  9. It's going to be Amari Cooper 2.0. Let's be realistic.
  10. It's crazy that in a season where the Chiefs, Bengals, and Ravens are all struggling mightily, the Bills are looking less likely to ascend to the throne than they have in years. It just goes to show you how evenly matched the NFL is this year, and how important injuries can be to determining the success of a team. The Lombardi trophy is truly up for grabs right now.
  11. What a bummer. There was so much positive hype about Coleman from training camp through the first couple of games. It really looked like the light bulb had been lit. Oh well.
  12. Cool, can't wait to see the photos of the 3 J's together at last.
  13. The funny thing about Gabe Davis is that his hands were amazing early in his career. I remember this vividly, and I was very surprised when he started dropping balls on the regular. I still feel that he has the potential to be a sure catcher, but he's got to prove he can still do it.
  14. He has to be better than Elijah Moore and Tyrell Shavers. Right?
  15. They probably want to cut Moore. Myers would be an upgrade there, but what is it really worth?
