Gee Timmy, I can tell you in the state I live in just passed some common sense police reforms. GOP governor....mixed legislature. On the local TV they interviewed the police chiefs of the two largest forces....they pretty much said “Yup....some pretty straightforward things...we are on board...look forward to working with the state and citizens to a better result”. They interviewed a BLM person who said “Thanks for listening”. Governor managed the whole process in a simple manner even the without priceless input from geniuses like @Unforgiven. I would say the lives of the citizens of my state have been improved and it makes me happy to see things like this can happen.
