  1. To the 2nd part of your point, I think Robert Saleh got a screwed over by Jets. He had a great defense and was saddled with QBs that he didn't want and were terrible. Its still stuck in my head a couple years ago in a game against Jets where his confidence in Zach Wilson couldn't have been lower, but he daringly went for and converted a 4th down trying to manufacture a win. I think he's a good coach who would do well in better circumstances.
  2. I bet on them to cover.... which I never do
  3. This! There aren't enough good QBs today for 32 teams
  4. Nobody that is posting on this page could possibly have their interest in the NFL lessened
  5. If you want to be downtown then the closest spot is Parlor & Yard. In North Austin then we'll be at Maggiore's in Cedar Park. Both are dedicated to Bills and will have game volume on
  6. Can anyone explain, why this team hasn't learned the Shake-Rattle-Rolle play from the SB years as an alternative to Tush Push?? Allen should be able to line up at with two alternative and then make a choice at the line of scrimmage. The S-R-R was just as unstoppable back in the day. If you had two credible alternatives and the D couldn't exclusively sell out to the TP, then there would be positive result close to 100%.... why can't they figure that out??
  7. Trade-up that gives up our 2nd round picks. I'd always rather trade-back a few slots. I like Tasker's idea to trade back and end up with four 2nd round pics. No trade-ups where we lose either both of the 2nds or both of the 4ths
  8. Shows how crucial that QB decision is and with most regimes you only have one shot at it. Jones playing over his head and Giants making the playoffs that first year really hurt them. It pushed a resigning of Jones for big $ without being able to see if he could sustain his level of play. Is it all that dissimilar to McD's first year when Tyrod played very well and broke the playoff drought, plus nearly won a wild-card game? The Bills had draft picks and if they had decided to try to build around Tyrod, McBeane might be in the same boat. Instead they traded the playoff-winning starting QB and made the move for Allen changing the direction of the team.
  9. Thank you!! Headed that way!!
  10. Are there any large groups of Mafia tailgating tonight? My wife and I just flew in for the game and would connect w/ fans. Let us know where the best tailgating is.....
  11. I believe it works essentially the same way as if they cut him. They can put him on IR for the years and do a June1 retirement. We had that happened when Eric Wood had a neck injury and had to retire
  12. Content seemed self-evident under the circumstances
  13. Dorian is going to be a good player! Very fast... he made some mistakes last year at times, but he'll grow and be much improved next season
  14. I'd figure out how to run it with Dawson Knox and keep Allen out of it. It's a pretty basic play that doesn't have to be handled by Allen. Then we can put someone bigger behind him to up the conversion rate.
