For the first question, it would definitely be a drastic change from what the staff has been saying and doing since they arrived to build a team and be a leader of men. Obviously we don't see behind closed doors but how McD has been praised for how the treats his players makes me doubt it. For the second, absolutely they could be. But again, this doesn't seem like the type of situation that they would want lingering on so the meeting they had this morning before diggs left could have been a sour meeting from both sides.

So diggs waited a whole year to show his displeasure for Dorsey? I'm not advocating for Dorsey but normally when I'm mad about something, someone is going to know quick. Still not sure about the whole Hall situation though.

Everyone knows that. But this would at least allow everyone to save face and keep it behind closed doors. Now it's the same as your gf throwing your laundry out the 6th floor window while you both screen back and forth at each other.

Not necessarily. McD could very well have told Diggs to leave before practice. Maybe not so nicely if there was any conflict going on between him and Diggs or Dorsey or whoever. Either way, McD does the "coach speak" all the time which is basically omitting all the details which is basically lying anyways.

He would have been better off saying that diggs was excused instead of saying he wasn't there. Instead, now it looks like he lied about Diggs being there with all the reports flying back and forth and had to recant that he was there but then left before practice. It's just a much worse look.

I'm pretty sure they have to practice for it to count unless they aren't medically cleared to practice.

If Beane and McD actually met with Diggs for the past two days and then didn't show up to minicamp, I think something might have been discussed prior to today about it.

Exactly, they practice in Orchard Park. Not Buffalo. So he is technically where he said he would be and will remain "for the entirety of minicamp".
