0-20 including pre-season... is that better?

Mark it down... historic run to 0-16!!!

We are going to stink to high heaven... 0-16!!! Just play the rookies and young guys, 16 game evaluation.

I see at least 7 holes for starting roles on this team. WR, QB, ILB, OLB, CB, SS, LG. At least 3 or 4 second string holes, QB, WR, TE, CB, FS, DE (some of this will be filled by current players like McKevin ). So yes... I am predicting a 2 win season, maybe no wins. You can not have 10 holes between 1st and 2nd string and fill them all with good players using the draft and FA. FA and the draft have to be absolutely perfect for the Bills. At best, we can hope 5 holes are filled with good to better than good players. Add in a new complete coaching staff and new schemes.... we will be lucky to win 2 games. The 2014 season we will have a Championship team... not Super Bowl... but at least win the East.

Fitz makes me miss Todd Collins and Billy "playbook" Joe (who could throw a ball 80 yards and I can't remember his last name). At this point I would call up Rob Johnson.... or even 50 year old (and now fat) Jim Kelly could do better for 5 games until the rookie "to be named later" is ready.

We are going 0-16!!! Call Vegas...put the house, car, wife, and even the dog on it! We will also trade Stevie Johnson when Marrone gets tired of his act... The upside is, high draft picks and tons of cap space.

Who are we kidding? This team is going to be once-in-a-lifetime horrific! Just start all rookies by week 6..... after week 6, the last 10 games will be one large training camp.

There is no magic here... the Bills have to stink next year to get the 1st overall pick. Meaning, we have to stink to get our once in a lifetime QB. Even average Bill's players are retiring... they see the writing on the wall. Why beat up your body for a team that is going to be so bad it will be painful to watch? Most fans will buy into a bad season if we are playing all young guys. Don't fake it... just be bad and develop the young guys.

My two hopes were Vick for a year or Alex Smith....

The OBD will never come out and say it... but everything points to my thoery at this point. FA and the draft could change my perception.

We are going to be horrible.... and we are going to pick a QB in the 5 rd or later. Next year we will have the 1st overall pick. This year is a set up to just fill holes and stink... again. Our only fun this off season is going to be looking at and discussing conspiracies..........

I am fine with the friend hires.... If their resumes were short or high school coaches I would have a problem.

What is Mark Pike doing these days? Can he coach? Can he coach ST? He was a smart ball player....

Greg Williams said he was gong to bring in all guys that are teachers 1st... not coaches with strategy 1st. We all saw how that eneded up. The new O/C scares me in terms of experience. Chan brought in a mess....Edwards and Wanny were bad... I heard good things about our last O-line coach or bring back the Mouse...Jim "Mouse" McNally!

Is Billy Joe "gun rack" still jobless? He had a cannon arm. Jeff George?

I am now nervous about the length and depth of experince from the new O/C..... I am not sure what that hire says about the new HC. I don't think the new O/C has enough experience and gravitas to deal with the pros.

We all hope that Doug is the next Levy or Lombardi.... But I don't have an opinion on him yet... even as a 1st impression I am... not really sure.

Seriously... how much good press did Chan get 3 years ago? Was there a hint of how it all eventually turned out in the intial honeymoon articles after his hire. Is there something we can read into the Doug Marrone hire and the current press clippings. I know It is not going to be the same.... If I remember right, Jerry Jones said he "regretted" firing Chan. Statements where made like "Chan was no bs kind of coach". Doug is a different guy, but I am sick of the Bills "selling hope" and get us a super bowl already. The Bills do not deserve a honeymoon... Doug will get a press "honeymoon", and I think his "honeymoon" should be short. I am not sold on the stuff the Bills marketing staff put out anymore. Stop selling hope, just get it done. I woud love to compare Chan, Dick, Mike, and Greg 1st week as a coach to see if there was a hint of the impending doom. The same analysis should be done after the 1st week of training camp to see if Doug is the real thing or is at least on the right track.
