  1. The real disgust comes from watching Tom Brady win another Super Bowl. As much as I hate KC, I might hate this more.
  2. Diggs too. And our role players did well. The defense was coming together. We just needed to be more aggressive on both sides of the ball with KC and we might be playing instead of watching.
  3. To think, Mahomes is the one keeping me away from big money. A halfway decent game and I'm rolling. 7 points off the 1 million prize and I had Mahomes as my MVP. Ahhhh!!!
  4. And to think Mahomes is my lowest scoring player on Fan Duel and I had him as my MVP. Got Gronk, Fournette, Brady and Antonio Brown.
  5. Sounds like my dogs on autotune. Pretty pathetic, but my 8yr old niece is loving it. Guess that's the audience.
  6. Yeah, it's infuriating. They did the same to us and no calls. WTF! It would have been a completely different game for But vs KC if the refs called the game the same.
  7. The fix was in 2 weeks ago. Total bull#### how refs run the game and the NFL is fixed.
  8. This is infuriating to watch. If the damn refs called half of the holds on KC's DB's 2 weeks ago, we'd be playing in the SB right now.
  9. so now that call holding on KC's DB's.. Would have helped last week to keep drives alive.
  10. yeah, it's tough to care about this game when we came so close. Big emotional letdown
  11. SF backfield is too deep. Mostert, Wilson still there even if Coleman and McKinnon leave. Do they want Frank as an RB#3. I don't think SF would want him even at vet min.
  12. He'd be an upgrade over Barkley but much more than the 2m they throw MB. With all our cap issues, not sure this is a reality unless he took a cut to play here. I don't see it.
  13. I'm sorry to say that, but it's your own personality flaw if you can't handle the change. It's not like you don't know its coming. You understand its part of the business and live with it. I work in film/tv and its the same crap. When you got a hit show everyone is kissing your ass, calling you, offering you the moon and sky; and when you don't have a show, you are the plague. You're a star or you are nothing and Hollywood spits you up and ***** you out, ready to churn in the next one. Going in you know the risks and rewards and you prepare for them. If you don't, it's your fault. If you don't have thick skin, it's your own fault. If you base your worth on your job, that's on you. If you surround yourself with people who use you and build you up only to tear you down, that is also on you. You know who I have empathy for. Hard-working Americans who get screwed over. Single moms who work two jobs to keep their kids fed. Front-line workers, cops, the military, those who risk their lives and their own comfort for the freedom and safety of others. Sorry, but if you make it to the big stage, you need to use it to make the world better around you and I applaud the players who use their fame and influence to help others. Selfish, me-first athletes who whine and cry down a spiral of their own self-destruction don't deserve to be "the man" anymore.
  14. There's a dark side of every job. Some people just don't see it or haven't risen to the level where it is most prevalent. It's your choice to embrace darkness or embrace the light. Using a child's game as an excuse when you make millions is sad and pathetic. I've seen much worse in my industry but choose to avoid it.
  15. Truth is that no one should miss on a first round pick, but they often do. Maybe even 50% of the time. That's insane. I think some of it is overvaluing QB's and teams being desperate for their franchise guy. This is the most often miss. If a scouting department can't find one of the 32 best players in college and develop them, then you have a serious problem. Don't draft for need. Draft for value and find great players regardless of position. This is the key to success. You can always trade value for value. But reaching to fill a need with the 5th, 6th, 7th, or even lower ranked player at a position in the first round is a recipe for disaster. 22 positions (no K/P) and 32 teams. If you aren't finding the #1 or #2 or even #3 guy at a position who is a sure thing, then you need to reevaluate the way you are building your team
  16. If David stops Kelce, we better pick him up in FA and let Milano walk.
  17. He looks good. But not much of a space eater at only 310lbs. Vernon Butler is 330 and Star is 325
  18. If we are paying top dollar, I'd rather pay it to Bud Depree or Matthew Judon. Even Barrett, Vernon, Floyd and Davis would have better impact than Milano. I don't think he's going to get more than them. 10-12m for Milano tops and he won't stay on the field. Better money spent elsewhere.
  19. Cam is done as a #1, but he can make a living as a backup. He'd be one of the best. 3-5m to hold a clipboard and keep your health. I'd take it.
  20. Rams got robbed. Stafford is good, but not top 5. 2 Firsts, a 3rd and a #1 pick. That's too much.
  21. Allen is not getting 40m per year. 30 is about right. I figure the hometown discount of 2. The others. Dupree was hurt. Maybe he gets 15, maybe 12. Hilton made less than 1m last year and does not have a proven track record. Judon was hurt and may have lost a step. So say we went to 15. You think these guys are worth 20?
