Kubiak (TBN) take on Bills-Chargers
CSBill replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
After watching the analysis, I feel better about the decision process. At the time I thought it was hero ball again, but this shows it was just an execution issue all caused by a great effort from Harris. -

5-7, that’s about right. But we could move up with some wins over the next few weeks. -
NFL announces triple-header on 12/26...does it affect the Bills?
CSBill replied to Beast's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
"Just win, baby!" . . . winning solves a multitude of sins. -
Totally agree on both points, especially about Allen. Maybe he is/was ailing, but it sure seemed like there were times where he could have been more aggressive to scramble and make yards.

The Browns have one win against a team with a winning record, and that was fluke. I would take the Browns all day. -

I have to agree with that. -
And for no one to block him on the Barkley play? That was a good strategy, try to trick him.
-
No he didn't, you only get the "killed us" label if you win. His team did not, he did not kill us. But he did have a very good game.

Denver forced to play with no QB
CSBill replied to PirateHookerMD's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Exactly! For all those complaining that they didn't do this to the Ravens or Titans, the difference is, those teams had real cases and they could not take the chance of infecting the other players or opposing team. In this case, they blatantly did not follow the rules. No one is infected, they just disobeyed the league directives. The result, those players sit as a penalty. The only way the NFL is going to get full compliance is, so no more warnings, time for action (I really felt this is what should have happened to the Raiders). For all the conspiracy theorist here, understand, this is a simple matter: They didn't do what they were supposed to do, now they suffer the consequences for it. To add to the Elway and Vic. F. stupidity in Denver, neither did they have an emergency plan in place (like the Bills do with Fromm). ... "Stupid is as stupid does." .... Or, should it be "stupidity breads stupidity"? In the end, I have no sympathy for Denver, they're getting what they deserve as an organization. Having said that, just for the fun story it could be, I hope the PS WR Hinton leads them to a win today. That would be the "cherry on top" of this entire episode.
