It doesn't. But your post stated, "I don't believe Kern said no." The Tweet I posted states that Kern's father said 'no', he is not signing with the Bills. Whether or not the Bills offered him the job, he seemingly isn't interested in coming back to Buffalo.

I think a reality check is in order. They are Practice Squad players who weren't signed to 31 other active rosters. Glad they're sticking around but it's hardly a "big win".

In an interview on the local San Diego news, a 'legal expert' stated that within three years of the victim's age is a misdemeanor. Four years or more is a felony.
