  1. You have almost 2000 posts, you really don't expect that to happen do you?
  2. It did? I wasn't there so I don't know. From the police reports I have seen I doubt the girl knows as she didn't even know if she had sex or not. But I digress. POS, much like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder. It would seem illogical to condemn Lynch for being a POS while still adoring some of the other Bills that have been arrested over the ages. That is all. And just so you know, I wasn't even aware of the McIntyre arrest at all until earlier today. I just googled to come up with a couple more examples of arrested Bills and that story popped up. But be that as it may, to many just being arrested/accused makes you a POS.
  3. For some people, a charge alone is enough reason to make someone a POS. In fact, sometimes even without any charges being filed, see Pig Ben.
  4. F the 35 mil, I will work my entire career and be lucky to see his first years salary. I am an older fan and I don't think he is an idiot because he celebrates (though I do think the entire celebration thing is out of hand, do we need to see one after every play?), but I do think he is an idiot when his celebrating costs his team ... multiple times.
  5. I suspect with the Johnson signing the phones in the Bills ticket office may be ringing today
  6. That's fair enough. But are you consistent with it is a fair question too I think. For example: Bruce Smith for drunken driving. Corey McIntyre for masturbating outside some womans house (award for the strangest one ). Paul Hubbard for DUI. Thurman Thomas for pot possession. Jim Kelly for assault. OJ (do I even have to say any more?) To name a few. There are people that think all of these behaviors would make the person a POS. I tend to separate on field and off field. But that's just me.
  7. I think both sides deserve a pat on the back. Nix made a very fair offer to all concerned instead of jerking Johnson around. Johnson realized it was fair and took it before FA started instead of being a dick and dragging it out. Both sides were smart enough to get it done.
  8. Yes I did see the last 6 games. He definitely improved in some ways from the previous seasons.
  9. I agree it is a good deal for both sides. Johnson got what he is worth, plus the nice guarantee. And the Bills got a player they would have had to replace in FA or the draft. Definitely a win-win.
  10. Yeah they were an interesting case study to be sure last season. Dream team indeed.
  11. As unsettling as that is to a lot of people, your logic is sound.
  12. Didn't you and others say the same thing last year? But no worries, the Bills have CJ.
  13. Hilarious. People arguing the validity of a leaked report (ESPN) versus Johnsons tweet.
  14. Don't know, but maybe that's how they are funding the rockpile discount.
  15. Blah blah blah. Show me the baby. Personally I don't care if he is more aggressive, less aggressive, the same, or passive aggressive. What he needs to be is effective. Get people to re-up their seasons before FA maybe. But if you think they have no reason to lie, what reason would they have for saying anything?
  16. The Rams are trying to maximize their profit. Might prove to be an interesting first half hour of the draft this year.
  17. Brandon is no idiot when it comes to business matters. If he is delaying the release of the information, there almost certainly is a good reason why he is doing so.
  18. They are voluntarily funding stadium improvements. I commend every one of them for not wanting to leech money from taxpayers to fund it.
  19. There is a huge difference between trying to encourage businesses to come to an area or grow larger, and funding improvements to a football stadium used by one tenant 8 or 9 days a year.
  20. You are completely right. Anyone who thinks this is a uncommon thing in the locker rooms has their head buried in the sand.
  21. It absolutely is a donation, and they say as much on the packer website. I would much rather see all stadium upgrades funded by voluntary donations like this than scamming taxpayers of the entire state. In the case of the packers, they provide a stockholders only area of the website where they can purchase shareholder clothing and other items as a perk. If there are legal issues calling it "stock" because of being privately owned, then simply call it something else. It's no scam. Everyone knows what they are doing and are doing it voluntarily. The scam is when states take your tax money to pay for stadium upgrades whether you want them to or not.
  22. I guess you will find out on draft day.
  23. I have a young son who is a sports nut. I was going to get him a share for xmas but it completely slipped my mind. Too bad to, he would have loved it. -1 for me on the Dad +/-
  24. I'm not sold on Nix ... yet. This is year 3 for him and Gailey, and its go time. I expect to see marked improvement this season and end up over .500. And I don't give a rats hairy ass about excuses. The honeymoon period is over. It's time to show us the baby.
