  1. I know. The 3-5 Bills are going to easily beat the 8-0 Chiefs. It could happen of course, but the same people saying this are the same ones predicting an easy win against the Saints yesterday. Nothing wrong with a little blind optimism I suppose. Particularly when we can't look to the Sabres for any success.
  2. Only 39? Not sure I've seen you give an opponent that much respect before!
  3. Well you certainly went to the right place then!
  4. Your woman gives you sex more than once a week after you didn't brush your teeth for a month? That's one good woman!!!
  5. Why does thinking they are always going to win make you a fan? Why can't someone objectively think the Bills are going to lose to what they consider to be a superior team and still be a fan of and follow the Bills? I agree that some take it too far and think everything the Bills do and seemingly will ever do is bad. But there are those that think every move the team makes is good to and that is equally as absurd. And why would they watch the game is easy to answer. No matter what the talking heads or anyone else thinks or predicts will happen, you just never know. Last weeks game as a case in point.
  6. Simple. Play good quality football and win more games than you lose. Until that happens, the odd win in a poorly played game will be considered a fluke.
  7. And what if D O G actually spelled cat?
  8. So the thread is lame and doom-and-gloom because the original poster and several others do not think the Bills are going to win this Sunday? Well if I wasn't anti-stereotypes I'd say you only want to see homer, unicorns-and-rainbows threads.
  9. I think it was the current line when they made their predictions.
  10. I don't think he is ruled out yet. But maybe they will opt to rest him as a precaution since it is "only the Bills".
  11. But you know who has the last word ... Marrone.
  12. Nah. Practice squad QB and now it looks like they are going to sit Spiller. There will be no more calls for blood than there are after any loss. Probably just Hackett and/or Marrone like usual.
  13. Playing Spiller last week was a mistake. He was worse than useless. Let it heal so he at least has a chance to contribute.
  14. There is no place in this forum for logic sir
  15. ESPN and CBS (with and without 7.5 spread) all pick the Saints. But this was almost true last week with the fins, with the same spread. But unfortunately Saints >>>>>>>>> fish so I say Aints by 10.
  16. I'm not sure his first game back being against the KC defense would be such a great thing.
  17. No need to insult third graders!
  18. Not to mention that one was a pick-6 and the other gave the Bills the ball in game winning field goal range. The defense won that game for sure. But that's all part of team sports.
  19. I would prefer to wait until they are better. Watching the bad game the Bills and fish played Sunday during prime time would be as embarrassing as the Giants Vikings game was last night for their fans.
  20. Generally if a HC is going to lie to the media, they lie in order to protect a player, not throw one under a bus to cover their own ass. Quickest way to lose a team is to do what you are suggesting Marrone did. He is simply not that stupid.
  21. All Spiller did last week was hurt the team. I applaud his willingness to play through the pain, but Hackett and certainly Marrone should have known better. All Spiller did was aggravate the ankle further and put this week in jeopardy. He should be out until he can be effective. As to the bolded, that's what pretty much everyone said about the fish last week as well.
  22. Well, that apparently is not what Marrone wanted.
  23. Well, to be fair, they also gave up an early 10 point lead as well. That has been shown this entire season so far.
