Oh man, I forgot Minter was still out there. Either way, I really want Ertz to be our pick at 41. I just don't see us taking him, however.

To be quite honest, McShay's dislike of our pick did make me like it more. McShay is useless as a prospect analyst.

I felt so isolated.

The servers crashing made me realize just how much importance TSW has for many of us on draft day. This is where I do 99% of my Bills talk, albeit virtually. Man, taking a first round QB and the severs go down!

I wanted us to take Barkley, but EJ was my second rated QB. His inconsistency scares me, but it's clear Nix didn't want to miss out on the next "raw but physically gifted qb". What stick out to me are the YPA, arm strength, and WINS. What scares me is the accuracy at times, and panicky forced throws or bad check downs. That being said, he seems entirely coachable from an attitude standpoint. I think the biggest thing will be: at FSU they ran an offense where he was not supposed to step up in the pocket. If he can pick this up quickly (stepping up), it may unlock his potential by fixing his pocket presence. If not, well, we're the Bills of late.

If Ertz is there and they don't select him...oh man. I will not be a happy camper. That being said, I fully expect that scenario to play itself out tomorrow.

If anything, it was fantastic to see how happy he was, and his genuine pleasure at getting the opportunity to play for Buffalo. Welcome to Buffalo, EJ. I hope this welcome message, which coincides with my 1000th post, is evidence of some sort of positive cosmic significance. Or maybe it's just reflects my hopeless Bills fandom.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed. He would be a fantastic addition, much more productive than a lot of the naysayers imagine, in my opinion. I think Tim Graham's title makes it sound like signing Dansby is less likely than it might be...it seems like it is only based off of what Buddy said earlier.

I think Glennon, Wilson, and maybe Nassib will be there. I'd prefer Barkley.

If we got Barkley and Ertz (Go Card) I would be ecstatic.

Put a franchise quarterback on the Bills and we're in the playoffs (with Pettine as DC, because surely he's better than Wandstache...right??). That's how much impact that position has. Do we have holes to fill aside from QB? Absolutely. But many deficiencies are highlighted or masked by QB play, depending.

Lots of passive aggressive behavior eventually ending in outright hostility.
