  1. I can't recall ever being so infuriated at halftime. I'd kick Nate Hackett out of New York.
  2. Sounds like he speaks normally to me. The guy is going to be a star.
  3. I like that his play calling/gameplan was better than last week, but he still has a knack for poor playcalling at the most inopportune times. I am more frustrated with Nate than with any other part of the team, but I am trying to remain positive, and I hope that he eventually becomes capable. He is young, and this game suggests that he may be learning. I hope to see the trend continue (except the trend of horrible 3rd down calls/much of the second half). I am happy following this win. I feel like saying this because I rarely make a negative post, and the tone of my statements above may be interpreted as such.
  4. Hackett is killing me.
  5. Haha, thanks for adding the bolded sentence after an edit - for a second there I felt like I was taking crazy pills. It's also a good point - Revis being gone should affect these numbers. Hopefully today we start to see that trend emerge.
  6. I can't tell if you're pulling my chain or not. Surely you saw what was in the parentheses after the portion you underlined?
  7. The jets are better than most think. This will be a tough game. Also, they lead the league in lowest opposing QB completion percentage allowed, as well as total QBR (and it's not just a flukey stat because we're only 2 game in - they led the league in these last year too). I'm nervous, but I can't recall a Sunday where I wasn't...
  8. Rather have a win than anything else. That said, love this uni combo. Best in the league.
  9. I also loved a blitz on the hail mary. I was terrified of a PI call and subsequent field goal.
  10. Kiko is going to be our anchor for years. He was pretty good in the first game and excellent last week. Hard to decide which one of our top three picks I'm most excited about.
  11. Interesting. This isn't my argument, but I often hear a lot of people criticize Ray for this - although I'll clarify that it's not his being religious, but his fundamentalist approach and constant mention of his faith. Certainly there are those who also dislike him due to perceived irony as well, there's no doubt about it.
  12. I'm sorry, but Ray Lewis has many, many people who dislike him, more often than not for the same reasons that they dislike Tebow. And both get beneficial coverage from ESPN etc.
  13. The shout song is timeless.
  14. He can move the chains, but he's certainly much worse than Newton and Brady at this point in time (obviously). We shouldn't underestimate these Jets though.
  15. I think it's a good move. Though Manny Lawson had a tough go of it yesterday.
  16. I was at that game. I can assure you, the chargers fans in my section were not well behaved. ha!
  17. and yet I clicked on this thread
  18. He knew what he was doing. It was great.
  19. Sorry it for some reason brings you to the Kuechly INT instead of the highlights. The focus on the PI is in the video titled "Week 2: Panthers vs Bills highlights"
  20. Just watched the press conference. I did not hear anything that would indicate they called that play expecting to get the PI call. Maybe I didn't hear correctly....?
  21. Graham is annoying on and off the field. Hopefully he starts to perform, but right now I'd rather have Easley out there. Aside from the A. Williams late hit (ridiculous gaffe - what was he thinking?), I was most frustrated with the playcalling when we were in the red zone on this drive in the 3rd quarter: Man I was frustrated.
