If I was into all of that and able I'd want to go out west and get gophers, coyotes, foxes, and such on the plains. Those shots are amazing. Saw a farmer do a dusk shot open site from probably 400 yards to defend a lamb from a coyote. Was amazing to see. The red from coyote was all over the lamb as soon as good contact was made.

Where i come from guns are a regular part of culture. 200 yards for deer for you is considered insane lol but that's because the guys that take care of my land we worked out set ups less than 50 yards building strong plots adjacent to pasture. Reddit kids, like this one, also spend a ton of time getting to know them. A decent scope, in this time of year with moderate temperatures, and little wind a 200 yard shot is easy as you said. A guy comes on my longer distance plots for 400m shots and can usually hit them within a 10" point. He's not pro. Just does it for fun. A good scope properly sited can make a great shot from anyone. I don't hunt or shoot, haven't shot anything in damn near 30 years. I think gun culture is weird yet I still know enough to know what's realistic and what's not.

I have really big gloves on right now. So I can't type and this is all voice to text but my earbuds are on 10% and I'd rather listen to the 1999 countdown from September 4th and country music, with that I can pretend that you're singing the songs to me and then you'll have a twang in your voice but then you won't like that because that's generally country like. And country means you're usually a republican. But then again it was the Democrats who wanted to have the clan and they were Southern so, I'm not quite sure.
