Doraey is Reich 10 years ago. Moore might have become too institutionalized and be conservative now.

I love the idea and the discussion but holy ***** the candidates are so underwhelming

i was commenting that he was labeled as a 2022 rookie.

That flea flicker should have absolutely been schemed to the reverse man since they run man coverage so tight.

Week 10 is upon us and we have struggled once again to find a win. The premise of this game is simple. Pretend they're penny stocks or an investment. You can make up any player, position, coach, unit, or even other teams to put into this. Creativity is encouraged. Just because you want to make a move does not mean you endorse them to be great. You could simply be trying to buy while low, or sell while high. Buy: Josh Allen. Why not? His stock can't be any lower. Sell: Cook. He isn't getting the carries he deserves and we aren't going to stick to the run like we should. It's being phased out. Hold: Tre White. I want so badly to restructure him or keep him on the team for the future but just don't see it happening. Alternatively: Buy: Kincaid because obviously. Sell: everyone else Hold: my vomit in.

i don't want to admit or think i am giving up on this team this year because there is talent there on offense to win every game we play. but there is something missing somewhere that isn't letting us achieve a modicum of the success we are capable of and i am sure that no one knows exactly what it is that we are missing. it's clear we lack leadership. our attitude is lackluster. in management they say attitude is a reflection of leadership. who's the leader on this team? Josh? McDermott? Dorsey? The Captains? Who's the weak link for this? my opinion: we have a young team in some regards and our veterans are not pulling their weight. on the OL the only person capable of leadership is Morse who is a shell of himself. the happiness and joy is missing from the whole scene. knox was charismatic but he's not been himself since his brother passed. diggs is the only player on offense playing with heart this year and he's taking countless plays off - he does not run block, ever. against cinci he did not even attempt several blocks for the RB who was popping it out beside him. on one play he'd have let the runner gain 2 more yards. on the field we do not have an identity. who creates and maintains this identity? the players from the sideline or the coaches? why are the players not putting this team on their shoulders? who should be? who is capable? my opinion: the coaches need to be coaching up talent. that's not debatable. the attitude starts there and this rolls over from the top. mcdermotts not consistent in his decisions. dorsey is forcing square pegs in round holes. i would love to see if they just left play calling to josh, just to see what it would look like. i don't think it would be better because i don't think anyone is capable of coaching him on this team. i just don't know more of what i do not know. the team does not have synergy. why does it seem like the concepts and fundamentals are not working together? how much can the players overcome poor gameplans? are the players not executing? my opinion: if the concepts are not working why do we keep working them? we are resisting change and it is infuriating we aren't winning games. why does it seem like we never have enough talent when we bring in "better" players every year? my opinion: the talent was overrated and the coaching staff and concepts are not on the same page. very few free agents have joined this team and contributed. since the beginning mcdermott took a young and talented burgeoning to early success. but since has not developed anyone since.i know he has coordinators and specialty coaches to do this but htey're not and it's on him.

National media are starting to grind their collective axes
boyst replied to Thunderstruck's topic in The Stadium Wall
This was on ESPN. it's been echoed across multiple sources. Why is it the Bills need to get their running game going? Why is it that the Chiefs do not get this? What about the Bengals, who are last in the league on total rushing yards? 5th to last in YPC? The Cowboys can't run for anything. -
i don't know why the defense gets a pass for never being able to get off the field. it's insane. don't give me there are injuries. we have played piss poor offenses and can't get off the field and allowed a terrible patriots team to nearly beat us driving the field when it mattered.

i almost wish there was a way we could make a hybrid 3 man front defense with him playing a psuedo quasi DE in the G/T gap (3/4) on our weakside. putting Rosseauor lawson on the strong side for runs (5-6), joseph at 0/1 gap. we don't have the speed to play a 9 positionat the moment. AJE has flashes, Miller is ??, and Rosseau is hit or miss right now. phillips isn't getting it done and can actually function decently at a wide tackle position so long as someone is there to clean up and contain betetr.

hell no. the dude has a hothead. he punched jim kelly in the jaw and broke his own hand which led to the colts being able to draft manning.

We did a lot of motion last year. We did even more the two years prior. We put Josh under center and had motion for a reason: he plays better that Way

McDermott and daboll didn't get along. It was an elephant in the room that the offense was one team and the defense another, for the most part. The energy and time spent by the organization including McD on the defense was frustrating to daboll who knew we needed more on offense than what we had going forward.
-
i didn't say it wasn't or was or anything else that we simply can't do it. calm yourself.
-
we don't have enough capable bodies to do the coverage needed. we are fairly slow and old.
-
The same problems repeated over and over again are an issue for McD. If Dorsey refuses or is unable to do anything McDermott is responsible. Unfortunately he is in over his head on defense.
-
Drop 7 while rushing 4 effectively will always cripple a passing offense
-
is it Dorsey or is it McDermott? It's weird we hear so little out of this organization and the media refuses to critique the team. However, sometimes in what they don't say we find something. In this case it is the idea that McDermott has had input to strategically limit our plays.

sherfield never had a breakout year. mckenzie did more on the football field than both combined. harty is a 5th wr/gadget dude at most. all three are JAGs **i say it is not a breakout year because anyone could have put those numbers up.

McDermott answers why we stopped uptempo offense
boyst replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
go back and search some of the posts i've made. i've commented on this a few times and never fully compiled it. but daboll had the whole offense on his side and believing in him. it was a big loss. even the defense were all about daboll because they respected what he had the offense doing and the vibe they passed. mcdermott rebuilt us but he has hit his glass ceiling with the team as it is and he is responsible for the choices and mistakes we have made. -
McDermott answers why we stopped uptempo offense

of course, i understand it's not easy to recognize how great i am. i just know it did. the players want to win regardless of who the coach is but when is the last time this team had an identity? even the defense? these guys are institutionalized to the system of the nfl and those who are not we often hear rumors about them being unhappy (hughes, and diggs notably). hughes, mckenzie, diggs, feleciano, poyer, wallace, a few others offense v. defense. -

alright, well you're new to me... and post count doesn't mean as much as post content. and of course you haven't heard it. the media in buffalo won't touch it and it's sad. but you can believe it or not - but it's what happened. the players had to be pulled away from each other. your question fo if they hated mcd and why they won the next season? uhh, players like to win and we have good players. i could easily argue that the victories we have are because of the players more than anything else, especially miami this year. -
i don't think mcdermott could handle a competent OC working for him. him firing dorsey - i don't trust mcdermott to work with a new guy. sadly, the likelihood of keeping dorsey until midnext season falters or firing this offseason buys us 1 more year of mcdermott.
