  1. and kermit out the mouth. we could have had baker, geno, blablabla
  2. this is it. i quit on this team after the jets loss. it was clear by that point we were not a contender. i haven't reversed or had a stint of any judgement change. i'm numb at this point and can't put a vested interest in it. i'd rather we work on fundamentals, work young guys, let vets build trade value so that next year we can retool.
  3. the coach is a chump. if josh was playing like that i would have 100% approached Josh in the game. no one did. not one sole was shown and i would 100% bet that means no one on this team or staff talked to him to slap him around. jeff saturday used to rip manning a new arse whole. countless OC's tore into big ben. that mcdermott just won't grow a pair like he pretends he has and approach josh is laughable. mcd probably forgot he has a scrote.
  4. you're laughing but what you don't understand is that he is putting gashes in the responsibilities of coaches and causing rifts to arise.
  5. i was thinking about that during pregame coverage listening to cilps from mcdermott. i actually think i preferred rex to mcd in pressers and all because at least rex was entertaining and lively without the canned responses.
  6. 1) we went away from the run when McDermott took away a primary piece of Dorseys gameplan. Especially the scripted plays. The Broncos run defense was their weakness. McDermott hobbled the offense pulling out Cook. Maybe it made him hungry to come back in and we saw the result but we will never know. 2) the offense was much better game planned and schemed than the defense. too many give up 3rd downs, too many rushers/blitzers leaving too few in coverage when we were not getting to Wilson, just a bunch of things on defense that were not working. Note: the defense executed better than the offense but that is not high bar. the defense could not tackle, rush the qb, and were poor in coverage.
  7. alright, i don't say much all the time due to connections but i want to make one thing clear to people who do not know. there is a reason why Sal always defends the defense a little more gentle than others and it is not that he is wrong - but you'll always notice he comes in hard lined defending them. his best contacts in the team to let him know what are going on are 3 or 4 players on defense and very few on offense. he also speaks a lot and quite confidently with mcdermott. he has admitted before and it is clear that he has to take certain approaches and be careful about burning bridges or crossing any players with their trust. sal's best contacts are on defense.
  8. i trust mcdermotts consulting firm. but they're not going to come in willy nilly without solicitation to advise him.
  9. the light is dimming every week on potential. just like in life - when i was young i had potential to be legendary. now i'm balding, 40something, a bad back and a smoking hot wife. Edit @Joe Ferguson forever we draft 17th now i meant, if it wasn't clear.
  10. this is me. but replace scott with everyone who praised McDermott since 13 seconds.
  11. totally with you. we need to lock him up and take away his freedom to appease our ridiculous passion about grown men performing entertainment for us. dance for us, monkeys! dance!
  12. we won't win 3 more games. New England, New Jersey aren't gimmies. the Chargers or Dolphins are a coin toss but it'll be hard to win both of those road games. KC, Phili, and Dallas we would be lucky and Billsy to win 1 of the 3. We could beat KC if it's any of them. We will likely draft top 20 (we are 17th now).
  13. one of the things i haven't seen mentioned - last night was a better game for playcalls by dorsey. the passing game didn't work, the runs under center did a few times (but we didn't play under center a lot). dorsey wasn't the biggest problem last night.
  14. ***** that little *****. he's more of a hothead douche than dorsey. him punching kelly in the face and breaking his own hand was hilarious and the reason manning went to the colts.
  15. welcome to the party!!! here's your drink this. daboll was leaving, regardless. exactly. saint josh is like many of these young kid QB's without the same adult desire. they're in the shadow of Roethlisberger and Rodgers vs. Manning, Montanna Marsha, and others who trained.

    2024 Bills

We are potentially losing a bakers dozen of impactful players. 2024 is going to be difficult. We will be a young new team with a new identity (and hopefully a new HC) next year. The smarter option would have been a retool this year.
  17. I know many people don't like to listen to me, but I will say this as loud as I can ...This guy either has a source on the team to say this or got lucky in this statement. This is 100% and just the surface. I don't think it's coincidence.he just threw this up there as a statement.
  18. F*** him, I'm not happy with him. F*** him so hard. Every decision he made has a head coach in the game was stupid. From breaking his identity and receiving the kick first to the very last play show me he is desperate, lost, or just without hope. F*** that jump, he's such a fraud.
  19. McDermott
  20. McDermott you ***** piece of trash.
  21. Exactly. And we should have known Russ is smart and could make that play. It was obviously coming
  22. It's perfect redemption for him. He makes it
  23. It's 4 down territory. Gotta be smart
  24. Finally defense clutch something.
