  1. Rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. I've said it before, since there is no plan in place for the inevitable ownership change, there is no accountability. Thus these results.
  2. I replayed that fumble five times and I never saw the ball go out of bounds.
  3. This should not have been a close game. The Bills should have won easily. How many rushing yards did Kolb have, like 70? How many times de he get flushed to his left to find no one over there. Tasker even commented about where Kelsey was lined up and why Kolb was picking up so many yards. After that happens a couple of times don't you move Kelsey or put a spy on Kolb? This is bad coaching. Fitz has always been streaky but not just bad. Constantly throwing behind Johnson and missing a wide open Jackson. Is he worrying about his mechanics too much? There is another thread about missing Nelson that has some validity. So why not see what Easley has? Because we need roster spots for four QBs and a specialty kicker? How about our new punter? Need I say Mooreman? Which brings me to the Wildcat aka Drive Stopper. Does anyone believe that any DC in the NFL loses sleep over this formation? This is a badly coached team in all fazes of the game. There is no accountability because there is no leadership.
  4. Yeah, because what we need is another ex not very good QB to be a not very good WR.
  5. Somebody should write a story about a miser that is mean and hates Christmas. Oh, wait.
  6. I reach the point every season lately that I DVR the game, then watch it after I have enjoyed a Sunday afternoon. It doesn't make me any less of a fan.
  7. You are absolutely right. The future of this franchise is so uncertain, why would anyone get involved. This is about Ralph Wilson having no succession plan. It is about ego the same as not selling the naming rights to the stadium. There is no accountability in the organization.
  8. Everything going on with this franchise has to do with his ownership. No lease, no new stadium, no leadership. Team needs new owner.
  9. It doesn't matter who the HC is or the GM. It would just be more of the same. I was at a Bills, Dolphins game in Miami during the Malarkey malarkey, the Bills blew a substantial lead. Walking out of the stadium I said to my nephew, another long suffering Bills fan, that nothing will change until there is a change of ownership. This is not a "Ralph is cheap" rant or am I wishing Mr. Wilson any ill will. I met him a few years ago he is a nice man loves to talk to Bills fans, his face lights up when talking about the team. However the fact is this has never been a good organization. The championships of the 1960s were followed by incredible ineptitude starting with the infamous Lamonica trade. Bad GMs, bad coaches, bad drafts bad players. Although Chuck Knox brought some respectability, what did he ever win. It took a quarter of a century for the Bills to be relevant again. That great team on the early nineties was just that great. Prior to that team no one considered the Bills to be a good organization or Ralph to be a good owner. Eventually even a bad organization has to get something right. I hope that a change of ownership doesn't mean the team moves, because I firmly believe that in will be more of the same until there is a change.
  10. I know Moorman is just a punter, but upon further review I have concluded that he is a scape goat for DeHaven's short commings. Since the departure of Bobby April the fall off in the performance of special teams has been significant. Mooreman's gross yard average is fine, his net not great. Is that really all on him?
  11. Is he the agent for either of the guys they worked out yesterday?
  12. I thought I was the only one that noticed that. It was like a preseason game. I don't think the game sold out, so it was not televised in Cleveland. Outside of Cleveland no one cares what that guy has to say.
  13. I am baffled by the use of two roster spots for Smith and Potter. The wildcat is just another gimmick but for other gimmick plays you don't have a specialist. Smith brings to mind the analogy jack of all master of none. How can he be good at any of his positions? He has to practice the wildcat, QB, WR, and special teams. If you use a roster spot for a kicking specialist he has to kick the ball out of the end zone what? 90%? Potter kicked off six times on Sunday two were returned, not good enough. Wouldn't those roster spots be better used for a WR that just practices at WR and another DB?
  14. I believe if there was an illegal hit on the injured player, there isn't a timeout called. And the TB-NYG call was awful. Changed the outcome of that game completely. Former head of officials Mike Pereriaalso said he would have called it incomplete. Not that it means anything.
  15. This was a stupid call by AZ OC. Third and long, take a knee punt and NE has 20 seconds and no time outs. The worst call you could make is attach out even calling a pass is better if it isn't there then take a knee. I almost kicked my TV. Never expected a missed FG, awesome.
  16. I live in Delray Beach have not been to an Atlantic home game in a while. So I have not seen the new uniforms. I have seen some great football at that high school. They have kids go on to major programs, there seems to be a strong connection to VA Tech. Brandon Flowers played there as did David. Clowney, David Clowmey
  17. Is Wally Bowbeck's topless A Go Go still there? Mrs. Bowbeck gave me the bum's rush once. I was a seventeen year old senior at St. Joe's. I think my book bag was a tip off.
