Tim Tebow’s number is 15 because that’s how many players it takes to tackle him. -

look at it another way..... if Brandon Lloyd was in the 2012 NFL Draft.....what round would he go in ? i would argue, the FIRST round, he's a proven sure thing 2010 ALL-PRO (not just a pro-bowler).
-
haven't read all the posts, so apologize if already stated. one of the reasons Lloyd is on the trading block is that he publicly stated that "he preferred to play with Kyle Orton over Tebow". http://www.sbnation.com/2011/10/14/2489249/nfl-trade-rumors-brandon-lloyd-denver-broncos

He was held out of practice Wednesday for the Bills, but Kyle Williams foot injury has been an issue far longer than just this past week. The nagging problem worsened this past Sunday when he drove off the injured left foot the wrong way. Now Buffalo’s Pro Bowl defensive tackle is just trying to heal up in time for this week’s game at the Meadowlands against the Giants. “Hopefully I can go out and play and go win a football game and then I’d have two weeks to rest up and get ready for the second half of the year,” said Williams in reference to Buffalo’s Week 7 bye. “I’ve always been pretty quick with healing, but it’s an irritating thing and it’s been bothering me. It came to a head on Sunday and hopefully we can manage it and get it under control where I can go out and be effective.” Williams would not disclose the nature of his foot injury, but said he knew back in training camp that it was going to be something he’d have to deal with the entire season. At times the injury has compromised Williams’ trademark explosion off the ball that makes him such an effective interior penetrator. “It’s a pretty sensitive spot in my foot. Once I get warmed up and going it’s been okay, but it came to a head Sunday,” he said. “I thought someone had fallen and hit me in a bad spot, but I just came off of it in a bad way and couldn’t do anything. Hopefully we can get some strength back in there and calm the inflammation down and play on Sunday. That’s what I want to do.” http://www.buffalobills.com/news/article-1/DT-Williams-wants-to-play-Sunday/f97967ee-ec55-44e3-90cc-a8953bf7a50d

Von Miller benched during Broncos loss
papazoid replied to papazoid's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
#1- i like Dareus over Miller....and glad it worked out that way. #2- the purpose of the post you responded to, was to explain the coach's reason(s) for him getting pulled. #3- there's much more to playing LB than just sacks.....defending the run and pass coverage are equally important. #4- if your curious, i liked dareus over miller from before the draft. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/129413-adam-schefter-denver-is-taking-miller-at-2/page__p__2148124__fromsearch__1#entry2148124 -

Dolphins get box-office boost with Tebow starting for Broncos: On Tuesday, more than 2,000 tickets were sold on the secondary market through sites like Stubhub.com, the South Florida Sun Sentinel reported on Tuesday, citing a source. That equaled the previous six weeks of sales for the game. The Dolphins had anticipated Tebow's visit even before he was named the Broncos' starter on Tuesday. Back in August, general manager Mike Dee announced the team's curious decision to host a reunion of the University of Florida 2009 national championship team during halftime of the Dolphins-Broncos tilt. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000d5d8230fa1a/article/dolphins-get-boxoffice-boost-with-tebow-starting-for-broncos?module=HP11_headline_stack -
MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- The NCAA said it found no major violations committed by Auburn regarding Cam Newton or other pay-for-play allegations and has concluded multiple investigations of the program. The NCAA released a statement Wednesday saying it has closed its 13-month investigation into Auburn's recruitment of the Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback, whose father shopped his services to another school for nearly $200,000. http://espn.go.com/college-football/story/_/id/7093495/ncaa-finds-no-major-violations-auburn-regarding-cam-newton

Tim Tebow can beat you in a game of connect four....in three moves. -
During the first sixteen weeks of the schedule, both Fox and CBS are each given eight doubleheaders. The two networks alternate doubleheaders, but not necessarily week-in and week-out. The networks never run three consecutive weeks of doubleheaders. Fox insists on having a doubleheader on the Sunday it airs Game 4 of the World Series, and uses the featured 4:15 game as a lead in for the baseball playoffs. Three games are broadcast in any one market each Sunday morning/afternoon, with one network being allocated a "doubleheader" each week: A 1:00 p.m. ET (10:00 a.m. PT) "early" game and a 4:15 p.m. ET (1:15 p.m. PT) "late" game While the other network broadcasting either: A 1:00 p.m. ET (10:00 a.m. PT) game Or a 4:05 p.m. ET (1:05 p.m. PT) game http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NFL_on_television
