  1. Steelers will indeed lose a late-round pick A late-round draft pick will indeed be forfeited by the Steelers, regardless of whether the Ravens miss the playoffs. In the unlikely event that the tiebreaking process for the Ravens goes deep enough to consider net points and the Ravens miss the playoffs because the drive in question ended in a field goal and not a touchdown, the penalty will be enhanced. Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports first reported that the Steelers will lose a late-round pick. As the league has announced, the specific penalty will be determined once the full draft order is finalized, which will happen after the postseason concludes — and after all compensatory picks are distributed. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/12/08/steelers-will-indeed-lose-a-late-round-pick/

  4. denver loses all world LT ryan Clady and they keep on clicking... denver loses Peyton Manning and their season is over. nine quarterbacks went on injured reserve in the first 10 weeks of this season. ask Green Bay how important a backup QB is. we aren't even sure if EJ is a Top 20 QB. i think it's smart to invest big in a second QB.
  5. how come nobody complains when a team has two #1 WR's, RB's, TE's, OT's, LB's, DL's or CB's ?? but have two #1 QB's and you are crazy ??

  7. every person who posts on TBD "cares"....otherwise they wouldn't bother to post.
  8. civil suit ? that call probably cost buddy his job.
  9. EJ is ranked #25th in passer rating & #28th in total QBR. the only teams we are "better" than at QB are NYJ, OAK, CLE, JAX, HOU & MIN. after the 2014 draft that group of 6 will be reduced to 4.
  10. highlights of all 43 sacks http://www.buffalobills.com/video/videos/Highlights-of-Buffalos-43-Sacks/765ee002-21a4-4951-b3b6-9b913d7c999c
  11. All cities are proud people. i don't dislike Canada or Toronto whatsoever. the Sabre/Leafs games are the absolute best games to attend. a "rivalry" is fair, but "despise" is not what i would call it. the amount of cross border crossings suggests otherwise. unfortunately the product known as the buffalo bills we are trying to sell, isn't very good right now. most criticism is well deserved.
  12. show me the baby - Parcells
  13. absolutely...until you have a Franchise QB (top 10) , you have nothing. (Sanchez isn't top 50 and Geno isn't top 30).
  14. Bills defensive end Mario Williams and linebacker Kiko Alonso remain among the leading vote-getters at their positions in 2014 Pro Bowl voting, as announced by NFL.com on Wednesday. http://www.buffalobills.com/news/article-1/Mario-Kiko-leading-Pro-Bowl-voting/84f3482f-7571-4d2d-b598-79ac9c749f7a
  15. in other words, you have indigestion because at the ralph, the away food is better than the home food ?
  16. John Kryk of the Toronto Sun explains that, if the Bills want out, the powers-that-be in Toronto will have to agree. Otherwise, as Kryk reports, it's ironclad. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/12/05/bills-could-have-a-hard-time-getting-out-of-toronto/

  18. the bills have sold 100% of the tickets for the Toronto games. Ralph has his money already in his pocket. the games are official SELLOUTS and will always be on TV. the fact that rogers is having difficulty "re-selling" them is a concern, but should improve over time. regionalization of the southern Ontario market is working as evidenced by Canada passing Rochester in ticket sales at the Ralph. Toronto newspapers, radio and TV all cover the Bills. worth millions in free advertising.
  19. russ is just blowing smoke. there is NO WAY he tries to undo the 5 year contract he just signed.
  20. those guys were BEHIND the line/white area, Tomlin not only was completely in the white area, he had a foot in the playing field.
  21. before the season, I wished for a lot of sacks. it's like the ultimate defensive beatdown. now I wish a vince wilfork type NT was in the middle of all that stopping the run. using the personnel we have, I'd like to see Branch move to the middle and Dareus play DE.

  23. a major thing would have been if Pit won that game by a small margin..... "integrity of the game". Goodell is outstanding. A "fraud" based on what, the NFL dodges no issues. good PR is crucial to retain sponsors and fans. actions to prevent liability lawsuits is smart business.
  24. 20,000 tickets remain for Bills’ home finale: Some folks in Buffalo would point gleefully to the inability of Toronto to sell tickets to Bills games. Some folks in Toronto would point gleefully to the inability of Buffalo to sell tickets to Bills game. Some folks in L.A. would point gleefully to both. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/12/04/20000-tickets-remain-for-bills-home-finale/
