  1. Hahaha crazy I was just about to do the same exact thing. I had a good laugh at that one!
  2. Haha its kind of funny watching them all together like that. I counted: 2 Slight over throws 3 Really bad throws 4 Tipped Balls I think Byrd made a "really nice play" on 1 of the INTs where he had to dive for an errant pass. I think only 2 of the bad throws were forced by pressure from the pass rush so I'm not sure I expect Byrd's INT numbers to go up that much. Its pretty crazy how lucky he got in his 1st year. I do think the kid has a lot of talent but I doubt we'll see 9 INTS from him again.
  3. It all depends on what the other games are that week! But I like our chances for a Thursday night game and a Monday night game. Definitely the home game against that Pats and almost definitely the Houston game.

  5. Haha that would be me.. could have sworn it said 4994 yesterday. Well.. lets get there anyways!
  6. http://blogs.nfl.com/2012/03/21/ex-bills-de-schobel-mulling-nfl-return/?module=HP11_headline_stack Looks like the Schobel stuff is really starting to make some noise.. I hope he does go to NE
  7. I agree we should keep Kelsay and Merriman but I think Edwards should be gone. He doesnt fit with what we're going to be doing in the 43
  8. So this means we're almost definitely not taking a DE in round 1 right?
  9. Anyone have details on the contract yet? 4 years at what?
  10. I heard 4 year deal on boston sports radio. I'll try to find a link
  11. Love this move.. so far the bills have done everything right this offseason
  12. So every year there is one or two teams that are shoo ins to make the playoffs. This year, I see only 1 definite: New England Patriots And 4 very likely teams: Pittsburgh Steelers Houston Texans Denver Broncos Baltimore Ravens OF course these are all my assumptions and opinions, but if this is the case, we have to battle for the final wild card spot with a few other teams. Remaining contenders: Cincinnati Bengals New York Jets San Diego Chargers I think the Chargers have potential but have more likely taken a step back. I feel the same way about the Jets. I just don't know why they would better this year than they were last year. The Bengals will almost definitely be in the playoff race but I don't see them jumping ahead of Baltimore or Pittsburgh for the division. All in all I think the Bills need 10 wins to make the playoffs. Spare me the "Its too early to talk playoffs" comments.. I'm bored on a Tuesday afternoon!
  13. If he is then its not by much. Thigpen had one decent year in 2008 where he completed 55% of his passes and through 18 and 12 (TD/INT). Other than that he hasnt done anything. Regardless, just because a guy has started every game for the last 2 seasons doesn't mean he cant go down in the next one.
  14. 7 Posts away from 5,000.. lets go people! Now only 6!
  15. To be fair.. i bet thats what the colts were thinking 2 years ago.
  16. I've watched every game that Kuechly played at BC and I cant tell you that he always stands out as one of the best players on the field. The kid is more fluid than Poz and is a better athlete overall. He also has incredible instincts and is always around the ball. If we have the chance to get him at #10 I would be siked to have him, I'm just not sure that's our greatest need at this point. Anyways, all I'm trying to say is that his college tape backs up his combine numbers. This kid is going to be a stud linebacker for the next decade.. I have no doubts about that.
  17. Wouldnt a more reasonable line be at 11 or 12? 15 would be craaazy
  18. It just seems like the uniforms now lack any real red... the red needs to come through somewhere doesnt it? Red Pants!
  19. Over / Under 10 sacks this year for Mario?
  20. What would it take to trade for him? A third?
  21. I agree that we we should continue to stockpile pass rushers.. i just dont agree with Upshaw at that pick. I would be happy with Coples or Ingram however at the #10 spot. I know people question Coples work ethic, but he would have some great mentors alongside him. He would be part of a great unit and that would help him to transition to the NFL game. The guys is a beast when he really plays and could be a star for years to come. Ingram doenst measure up like Coples but he's a high motor guy who plays hard and already has a decent arsenal of pass rushing moves and experience.
  22. Maybe he just likes 9?
