We seem to be defending his very visible very public prolonged and extending onto the sidelines hissy fits over not getting targeted when he thinks he should.

I have no knock on Diggs, but I think he needs to "step away" from the in-game drama.

Did you ever think that Diggs is trying to get his team fired up and focused?  Get them to execute better and at the same time letting Allen focus on the upcoming series?  Brady is always yelling at his guys and it usually works.  Diggs is a leader of this team.  The coaches know it, the players know it, and most fans know it.

Great win! I have very little tk add about that.

But this needs to be said and probably doesn’t need its own thread. Can we stop now with the sideline coach “interviews” to start the second and third quarters?

We’re all dumber for having to hear them.

Actually I loved hearing McDaniel splain away why giving up a TD right before half wasn't a big deal.  Still a one score game.  Then he goes for 2 PT conversion early in 3rd qtr and fails.  Cheap entertainment.

I think that Herbert is receiving more help from his playmakers and O-Line.   Josh has not been great, but the rhythm is often interrupted by drops and holding penalties.   The Bills offense is sputtering but it is an 11 man problem, not Josh's problem.

There are things to clean up but they are the number 2 offense.  I don't think they're sputtering.

People have got this so convoluted- He was not on the 53 - so this move does not preclude anything.

The Bills activated him from IR and today was the last day to decide to put him on IR or the Roster.

If they wanted him on the Roster they would have needed to cut someone, since there were no additional injuries last week.

Therefore, the easiest thing to do is cut him and resign him to the PS if he makes it and then you can activate him if needed.  IR finished his season anyway - so there is no difference if he waived and claimed or IRd for this season.

The difference is he may make it to the PS in case of injury - or we lose him for nothing, but I think it is a chance they can take without worry because he is not roster worthy when this team is healthy.

The Bills put Miller on IR on 12/1.  I didn't see a corresponding move so I believe the Bills have 1 roster spot available.  I agree with your post above.

I'm not sure anything was worse than the Wilson trade, at least the Titans got a first. Denver lost a ton of money as well as a lot of games

And cap space, and NFL players, and draft picks.  Way worse than the AJ Brown trade which was bad too.

  6. On a typical Monday, any given team that played the day before reviews film from yesterday's game.  Players that got banged up get treatment.  The coaches review the next opponents game tape and formulate a game plan by Wednesday which is the first practice of the week.  Giving the team a day off on a Monday is a nice gesture and the players coming in despite given Monday off is also a nice gesture.  In reality, it's no big deal.  McD gives several of his veterans rest days on Wednesdays thru Fridays which are real practice days.  Those are legitimate gestures of looking out for players and giving them time to recover.  Why did you have to ***** on the Bills to make your point regarding the Bengals small and rather insignicant gesture?

I'll stand by my statement that there's no way in hell this Bills team wins out. It's really blind homerism if people think that is a reality.

Dont worry.  Nobody thinks you're a homer.  In fact, some people here probably think you're not a Bills fan.  I gotta give you credit though.  You're negative through and through.  You've been very consistent on that.  Why can't the Bills run the table?  They'll be favorites in at least 5 of the last 6 games.  Maybe a slight dog against the Bengals.

I would not cut Cam Lewis.  I would cut Tommy Sweeney.  I think he could go to the PS and if he doesn't no big deal.  Cam Lewis will need to play reps at some point this season and playoffs.

So, are you shutting down Benford for the season?  If not, who are you cutting to make room for Benford?

Nvm you're cutting Sweeney but the Bills won't do that imo.
