  1. So in 26 days the gates of Ralph Wilson Stadium and the hope tank of every Bills fan will be filled as they take on Chicago in the first (home that is) preseason game. I have never been to a Bills preseason game but plan on going to this one for at least the first half. Do most people tailgate for preseason? We show up at 8-8:30 for 1pm kick offs but really dont plan on showing up at 2 that Saturday. What time do most people show up? I realize that its the first home game since the goal post fiasco against the Pats, I was just wondering how seriously people take the party in the parking lot before hand.
  2. I checked the tracking number for mine and they were sent to my old address (changed my address on Account Manager too late apparently) on Saturday. I called the person living their now (a friend of mine luckily) and they are set aside for me to pick up tonight.
  3. To be fair soccer is a hell of a lot more popular here then it was in 1989.
  4. Be optimistic, the first two games (HOF and first at the Ralph) you MAY see the starters for a half.
  5. Hey its just 31 days until the first home preseason game.
  6. My favorite is 6:02. I completely forgot about it until this video. The way that game ended, I blocked as much from my memory as possible.
  7. $$$ Isn't next year an uncapped year?
  8. Living in Buffalo for a few years and visiting family in Ogdensburg has allowed me the opportunity to take many trips into Canada to sample their beer, including Brador. I just don't see it as so much better than everything made in the US. I also have never been one to try a million different microbrews and to only buy American beer that has seven different words in its title.
  9. I trust him to be thinking about the play as opposed to someone who recently said they were sometimes concentrating on their contract.
  10. I could go for a free fish taco today. Looks like I have some texting to do.
  11. Am I the only person in this county that doesn't gush over Labatt or Molson? I find them both to be vastly overrated.
  12. Darwin fail. Its not that bad, I read it while eating lunch.
  13. He could. I highly doubt T.O. plays for the team, regardless of what happens, in 2010.
  14. So is this just your opinion? Please tell me you have no source of this actually being discussed by the parties that could make it happen.
  15. Does anyone know why this isn't available on cable? I am really not looking forward to getting Direct TV when I move to Florida for four years.
  16. Can't wait to see this.
  17. Thats why my red hooded sweatshirt (FU for shrinking in the dryer after the Pats* game) was an awesome idea and the white jersey was not.
  18. I am pretty sure he meant accomplice.
  19. A Boston businessman paid the restitution. Hopefully Brady catches some flack for not dropping it. Next time don't put your precious ridiculously overpriced flower pots out by the trash. http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/9792512...aid-by-stranger Maybe a concussion on Monday night will open his eyes.
  20. Milestrip is 179*. Last season we took 990-290-90 so we may do that again. There is something for driving on the thruway on a cool fall morning listening to WGR. *You sill Buffalonians and your adding "the" in front of route numbers
  21. OK has anyone on here ever pulled off something to this effect: Saturday morning - Wake up early and be active throughout the day. Saturday around 5 or 6 - Go to sleep. Sunday midnight - Wake up, go to bar. Sunday 4:30-5am - Go get breakfast. Sunday 7:59am - Honk your horn waiting for gates to open. Sunday 8am - Tailgate Sunday 12:30 - Go to stadium and the game. I'm not as young as I once was (still in my 20s) but me and a group of friends are contemplating doing this on the weekend of the Browns game. The reason for that game is that we all have Monday off for Columbus Day so its an extra day to recover. So has anyone done this before? Any tips (no alcohol related) to help someone fall asleep at 6pm? Would it be better aiming for 9-10pm and getting four hours max? Our main concern doing it is what happens if we can't sleep or even if we do pull it off are we going to pass out at the game. Thanks.
  22. Amherst. Sunday mornings its a quick trip, 990-290-190-90-219-179. Anytime the Bills and Giants don't overlap its fine by me. I may have seasons at the Ralph, but I still have to watch Big Blue.
