Same here. It bothers me as a Bills fan it would probably drive me mad as a Saints fan. Last game i watched Hill fumbled the ball and completely turned the game around and they lost.
yup. And we have Mahomes and Jackson, two mvp’s, in our conference for a long time. Herbert looks really good too. AFC is looking stacked on offense. We need to keep up
Thats why i think despite our need for a stud pass rusher we need to continue adding weapons on offense. Continue to build the OL and hopefully land a stud TE (top priority). The way the league is now you need to score close to 30pts to win any given week no matter how good your defense is.
Now that Rivers is no longer on the Chargers i find myself rooting for them a lot. Especially with Lynn there. Possibly my second favorite team for now.
I agree. All teams/players have had to deal with this pandemic.
I have a friend who is a Pats fan and he was already mentioning how this season is questionable and he brought up the fact the Pats lost bc they had to play without Cam Newton. This thought process is nauseating; however, it’s an unfortunate reality that many fans of teams will possibly not regard the winner of this season highly.
Assuming there is a Super Bowl, how will history judge this year’s winner? Do you guys think the victory will be watered down? It’ll definitely have an asterisk next to it forever, but is any of the legitimacy diminished?
My apologies. I was going by the post a few above mine that referenced that number. 🤷🏻♂️
“ESPN’s win probability model”; perhaps not analytics per se.
This point catches the spirit of what many people here talk about with revisionist history. We can look at any single draft and pinpoint 20-30 players where any fan of any team but one can say “why didnt we draft that guy”
No one in their right mind watching that game yesterday felt Russel Wilson had a 2% chance of winning that game when they got the ball back. Thats where all these analytic numbers fall short.
Maybe the Jets wouldve had a 2% chance of winning.
Definitely. Rams and Raiders are both great wins. Dolphins were a solid win too. Only real “easy” win we had was Jets.
and when we beat the Titans thatll be another solid win.
Pats are going to kick and scream the rest of the way until Cam can come back from his positive test. Everyone saw their QB situation after Cam. Theyll derail the entire season until Cam can play by having players openly criticize the NFL and Kraft is probably making calls behind closed doors.
